“This hotel was really dirty, and they had mold growing in the bath tub. The mold was growing up the bath tiles onto ceiling, and on the wall paper. No way will I ever stay in a Baymont again!”

“The hotel was far from acceptable; the staff did understand English well enough too help. There were bugs in the room and the water in the shower would not shut off completely. The A/C would not cool the room and the ceiling had a hole in it, looked as though water had leaked through, not a surprise since the water in our room would not shut off.”

“We needed to change rooms because the shower diverter was broken and the air conditioner fan was noisy. The new room had food on the floor and mildew on the tub caulking. The furniture looked like it was assembled from a kit. The breakfast was skimpy and only water came out of the orange juice dispenser.”

“Overall, the hotel was sufficient based on star level and was clean. I have stayed at other Baymont and this one was a level below the others in my opinion. The outside appearance is far better than the appearance of the rooms. Furniture was very used.”

“Overall, the hotel was exactly what I expected. Nothing too fancy, yet not a dump. It's a middle-of-the-road facility that has all the basics at an affordable price. You're not going to honeymoon here, but for the simple business traveler or family looking for a place to stay a night or two, it's a good place to stay.”

“The hotel was clean and comfortable, and I have no complaints about my room. However, I didn't receive any information about hotel services or even the channels on the TV, and I was not happy with the continental breakfast. Overall, it was a decent hotel, and I would consider staying again.”
