• Great beds, the high speed internet was nice, as well as the fridge and microwave in the room.
• Far too difficult to get to from the highway. Clerk was clueless about. Everything.

“The place is nice looking, both inside and out. The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms are nice and clean. Each room has a fridge/microwave and a really nice armoire, coupled with an iron/ironing board. Great water pressure, wonderfully comfortable beds, and a desk! The room I was in had apparently recently undergone renovations, and the walls were really thin (and I'd like to wish the couple that stayed next to us congratulations as they have officially consummated). The clerk had to idea how to answer questions about problems with the room, means of payment, and problems with the internet connections. I did not see anyone smoking anywhere near the front door, at least no one that worked there. The decor in the rooms is nice, but not conducive to romance.”

• Always had good experiences with Baymont before; had fridge and microwave.
• Beginning to look run down, the beds sagged, but was better than we thought they would be for sleeping.

“Fairly good location, but complicated to get to; some restaurants nearby; we always liked Baymont, back to their budgeted days. This one did not live up to it. Appeared to be clean, but looking worn and dark.”

• Beautiful decor and excellent breakfast. Clean.

“The hotel was very nice room, great lobby, excellent breakfast but not helpful or friendly in working with us. They would only let us have 1 king bed. My son who is 23 years and I (mom) were traveling together. For an extra $10 they would provide us with a roll-away. We had no choice but to do this. The roll-away was very inadequate for an adult.”

• The hotel was clean, continental breakfast good quality.
• They assigned our room to someone else at 3 am by mistake.

“Overall, the hotel was ok. It was clean, the bed was very firm, and pillows were uncomfortable. Our stay would have been a 7 overall before the night clerk mistakenly gave our room to a couple at 3 am. We were disturbed twice and could not fall back asleep and had a wake up call scheduled for 5:30 am. The only saving grace was the breakfast was ready early that morning so we could eat before we left.”

• Lobby smelled heavily of smoke.

“Room was clean and looked to have been recently updated. Eggs on the breakfast bar like rubber, lobby smelled of smoke and did not reflect the cleanliness of the room.”

• This hotel had a great breakfast. It was always ready on time and as things were used up they were replenished.
• Hotel employee smoking.

“The room was comfortable and clean. We were there for nine days. The staff was friendly, but many of them smoked, and no one seemed to realize that they needed to smoke outside. When we would go to the desk you could hardly breathe much of the time because they were smoking. When we went down the hall to our nonsmoking room, the hallway was filled with smoke. This was not from anyone staying at the hotel, but from the people working there. The cleaning people were very nice, but everywhere they were the smoke was terrible. They did not smoke in our room, but everywhere around it. We will be staying for long periods in this town to visit family, but we will not stay at the payment again simply because of the smoking we encountered.”

• Continental breakfast was decent, room was at least adequate.
• Manager on duty was smoking in the non-smoking registration area.

“My first walking into the hotel made me feel I made a mistake. I expect really good quality from bay Mont, and right from the start the manager was smoking in the "non-smoking" welcome area. Her response was "I only smoked 4 cigarettes since 3" (4 hours!). We had to rush my wife & kid through the entrance so they wouldn't get exposed to smoke. My recommendation: stay out of Jackson! Just for the fear that you may have to stay at bay Mont.”

• Staff was helpful, we were in town for my sisters funeral. Room was clean.
• The only thing I didn't like was I needed lower floor room and they are all NON-smoking. When you have your dogs with you its a pain going up and down.

“Liked everything except for the lower floor rooms being all non smoking. If you have your animals with you its a lot of work and pain on your bad knee.”

• The staff was friendly but did not offer information without being questioned.
• The lock on our assigned room was broken. We were reassigned to a new room that had mold on the shower curtain and in the toilet.

• Excellent continental breakfast.
• Apparently no soundproofing between room 122 and breakfast preparation room. We were awakened before 6:30 a.m. with banginf of cupboard doors, etc.

“The hotel was adequate and pleasant. I would not stay in room 122 again. It is too noisy during breakfast preparation. Not that the following is the hotel's fault.”

• Nice continental breakfast, including protein.
• Shabby, but satisfactory --- no pool, not even fitness club privileges their website advertises.

“Shabby, but clean. Perfectly satisfactory continental breakfast (includes hard-boiled eggs for protein). There is NO pool, which is unusual and also highly disappointing for a child. This is where the truck drivers stay. (We heard the trucking talk all through breakfast.)”

• Internet connection lost for many days.

“Decent place with friendly staff. The Manager and staff are very understanding and cooperative. At the time of my stay, the Internet connection had major issues but I think they are trying hard to resolve them. The cable television is also undergoing some major changes and should be up and running by the first week of June. Overall, my stay was very pleasant.”

“Hard to get to location, beds are horrible, address was listed wrong. Gyps in my vehicle took me to the airport in Jackson not to the motel. This motel needs a lot of work to bring it up to speed.”
