• Cleanliness.
• Hot room at late arrival a turn- off. They knew we were coming but did not care!

“Reception was very good. Room was hot. Check out was smooth.”

• Family friendly with all smiles.

“The hotel is in a good location, the highway is right there. Also everyone was awesome, and all had wonderful smiles on there face. I was very comfortable there.”

• Rooms were ok, for a 1 star hotel.
• Bad area, no restaurant, low budget feel.

“The hotel was not the worst place I have ever stayed, but it certainly did not meet my expectations of a 2.5 star hotel. This hotel just has the basics, no amenities. The bedding felt cheap and the mattress was low budget. The decor was slightly nicer that something that you would find at a Motel 6. Directly behind the hotel is ghetto, I didn't feel safe parking my car there. Overall, a 1.5 star hotel at best.”

“This place is little short of a fleabag. No restaurant except McDonalds about 1/4 mile. No wireless internet. The staff is indifferent at best. The room was a mess. Don't stay here with anything other than low expectations.”

• Close to airport.
• The front desk person talked on the phone while checking us in and it was difficult to ask questions while she carried on a conversation with her friend.

“I would not stay there again, as we came in after a long flight and there were no restaurants close by to get food, also it was difficult to talk with the front desk as she was on a personal call with a friend for an hour and was very limited in answering our questions. We had a 6am flight, but the shuttle did not start its service until 5am so we had to pay for a taxi. The room was clean.”

• Location not near anything else that I could travel by foot to (even restaurants).

• There are many other hotels cheaper and good than this like country inn and suites, Ramada etc ,so don't choose this hotel.
• You need to change your front desk staff ,they are not friendly, no water in swimming pool.

“Hi, I reached Atlanta on 10th may 2007 at 8.30 pm ,I had to wait 1.30 hour for the shuttle. And when I called front desk ,every time they said it will be there in another 15 mints. And finally shuttle came at 10.00.pm ,and the shuttle driver was so rude, she didn't know the basic mannerisams. And in the mean time other hotel shuttles ran at least 4 to 5 times. When we reached hotel ,I never experienced such a bad front desk manager in my life .SO I advice not to choose this hotel, there are many good hotels around. ”

• Convenient to airport.
• Had to wait over an hour for the airport shuttle.

“The staff at this hotel sent us to the Ramada across the street for everything from dining to matches. The airport was only five minutes away yet the shuttle driver took over an hour to pick us up from the airport. The overall cleanliness of this hotel was quite bad and the atmosphere appeared to be set up to attract drug dealing.”

• It had a shuttle to the airport.
• The room was a smoking room, and smelled horrible. The shuttle ran infrequently (waited almost an hour).

“The hotel is near the airport, so OK for overnight stays before traveling; however, there are much better options in the area. There is minimal food around the hotel, the shuttle ran infrequently at best, and the smoking room was gross, in fairness, I am a non-smoker.”
