• Staff was friendly, great location, cleanliness, and distinct and very comfortable rooms.
• Only one computer in the business center.

“This is the one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time and I travel weekly.”

• The hotel rooms were well kept. The beds slept comfortable.
• The hotel business center was not up to par, the restaurant hours weren't sufficient to guest needs.

“The overall image of the hotel was great. The room was very nice and well maintained. The hotel should work on perfecting its business. The hotel clerk agreed and suggest that my family go to the Hyatt to use their business center. I took the advise, but felt that the hotel should not advise guest to visit neighboring hotels. The hotel also was slightly fee-ish. I was not happy with the fact that the hotel charged an additional 10.00 for roll away beds or double bed rooms. Also, the hotels restaurant was very pricy and the business hours were very short for late arrival travelers.”

• The hotel was very clean I was pleased.
• The pool was not so clean but, I didn't use it anyway.

“Overall the hotel was nice and comfortable. Although I called in advance to check if my son's X-Box game can be connected to the TV. I was told YES but after we got there we found out that it could not. My son was a little upset!”

• The lobby was nice and the restaurant had reasonable prices.
• The rooms spelled like mildew and the carpet was dirty in the hallways and rooms.

“The hotel must have spent all of their money on the lobby and restaurant. The rooms are outdated and there was pink gum on the wall. The customer service was okay but talking to them on the phone they are not as friendly. Also they nickel and dime to you.”

“This feedback is late but memorable, it was one of the rare occasions I was disappointed with a hotel selection. I somehow overlooked this feedback form and remembered to change search criteria. I really would not choose to stay there!”

• Only one elevator was working and nothing to warn travelers about the extended wait.

• The rooms were comfortable.
• We wanted our 2 rooms to be joined but they could not accommodate.

“The staff treated us well and the rooms were very comfortable. My sons forgot their tooth brushes at home and the hotel staff gave them a new one with no charge. I would stay at this hotel again if I come back through.”

• Quality and location were good.
• Airport pickup shuttle was inconsistent often late.

“The overall quality of the hotel was good. The restaurant was slow late at night when we arrived and food was left on the kitchen counter until almost cold. The shuttle from the airport was inconsistent and the hotel on the north side had three shuttles to the South one.”

• The Man working the desk when we checked in was very nice and this complaint in no way is a reflection of him.
• I missed my flight because the shuttle left early.

“I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Our stay at first was good and the food while overpriced was ok. When we got up in the morning our breakfast that was supposed to be at our door at 7:00 am didn't show up until 7:20. Because of this and having to feed my two children before leaving we were not able to leave the room until about 3 minutes to eight so I called the front desk and asked them to hold the airport shuttle because it might take more than three minutes to get to the lobby as they have the slowest elevators I have ever seen. They said they would not hold the shuttle and that It was already pulling out. They made no attempt to be accommodating or helpful and as a result we missed our flight and had to wait for 10 hours for the next one.”

• The hotel was easy to find and had excellent service. The room carpet has little stains. The facilities were good.
• The carpet had stains. The Wi-Fi was not good.

“The overall experience was good. The Wi-Fi was intermittent and the connection was lost very often. The carpet has little stains. The hotel service was good and the personnel were good. I will recommend this to my friends.”

• Public space was nice and safe - requiring a room card to use the elevator!
• I was not told about the restaurant, I couldn't get a no smoking room until I mentioned health.

“With the rate I got, I could understand that I wouldn't get a breakfast voucher, however, they wouldn't even tell me there's a restaurant. I couldn't get a non-smoking room until I mentioned health issues.”
