• The room amenities were sufficient and the showers were nice and relatively clean.
• Teens running around with beers in hand and were very noisy. Evening staff were terrible. Key incident was very inconvenient.

“Fine for business travelers but not good for a leisure traveler. This staff did only as much as was required, nothing more.”

• The room service attendant that delivered my meal was polite.
• The reservationists was rude and not helpful when I called to make a request for my room type.

“The hotel is conveniently located across from the airport. The gentlemen that was the front desk agent at my check-in was not friendly. He did not greet me and didn't smile once through out my entire check-in. I have stayed at many holiday inns and always had a good time, yet the reservations dept for this one location gave me a really hard time.”

• It was somewhat clean.
• The restaurant was horrid, bad food and service.

“Poor customer service (the front desk needed to be prodded to provide basic services and did so with a poor attitude), small cramped rooms, poorly designed and uncomfortable bathrooms, very poor restaurant with terrible service and bad food, the hotel was in a dangerous area (the hotel even posted safety warnings in the room), the hotel was somewhat clean, but that is the best that can be said about this hotel.”

• Liked the bathrooms, and bar.
• Beds were hard, WI-FI didn't work.

“Wish I would have had the internet in my room, did have it however required an Ethernet cord, who brings one on vacation?! Over all pretty good condition the rooms were in, didn't interact with the staff much.”

• The size of the room was adequate.
• The glasses in the room were dirty.

“The hotel seemed understaffed and the service was slow. The pool area was a mess, and the restaurant was terrible. It was very convenient to the airport. A good place to stay if passing through for a night.”

“Despite being next to the airport, we really could not hear the planes from our room. Don't leave the hotel if you are searching for a meal; the restaurant is accept ional; it was a surprise since usually hotel food is bland and like eating in the high school cafeteria. We were sorry we only were able to have dinner; wonder what they served for lunch?”

• The front desk sent my husband and me to a room that had not been cleaned, and then he blamed the stupidity of the maid service.

• Peeling bathroom wallpaper, surely van drivers, torn lamp shades, adequate, but un-presentable desk clerk, awful personnel attitudes.

• The hotel staff was very helpful when we needed directions. They were also very professional and friendly.
• The restaurant was slow with serving your food and refilling drinks. The location was a bit out of the way from the attractions.

“The hotel room was nice for the most part. The hotel in general had a nice decor (with a fire place) and was kept clean and tidy. Staff were always there and ready to answer any questions. I really liked the fact that they have "special needs" adults as some of their employees. That warmed my heart. My complaint for the hotel room is the pillows were small, hard, and uncomfortable.”

• I love staying at this hotel. I have stayed there approximately 3 different times. Want to stay there every time I book a hotel in Atlanta.

“I love staying at this family/friendly hotel. So far, I've been fortunate enough to stay at Holiday Inn Select, College Park, on three different occasions. One other thing, the breakfast is awesome. My 4-year-old son live for breakfast time during our stay.”

• Free wireless internet.
• Restaurant closed right when we arrived. Had to order food from Dominos at midnight.

“The rooms were large and relatively clean, but this was definitely not a top quality hotel. The shuttle service to and from the airport was a nightmare due to extraordinarily bad weather in Atlanta and tons of people. The staff did their best despite trying conditions but they really should have kept the restaurant open since so many people were arriving from delayed or cancelled flights with no luggage and no food.”
