• Convenient to airport, shuttle svc, and price.
• Shower and bathroom sink would not drain.

“This hotel is clean, priced right and is very convenient to the Atlanta airport. Issues with standing water in shower and bathroom sink.”

• The hotel was very nice but I wish it had a bigger parking lot. The services were exceptional and I would recommend it to anyone.
• I would rather have the same deal at the Hyatt place in Lithonia.

• Room was very elegant and clean very relaxing.

• Free Wi-Fi and Continental Breakfast.
• The elevators and corridors could use a vacuuming.

“Our room was clean and good-size, separate sleeping and living room area - all in one room. Bathroom was very clean, nice strong shower. Staff very friendly.”

• Service.
• Location.

“Hotel transportation was managed by MTI shuttle and the Van they used for the 3 days I was there had a non-working air conditioner, plus my business was on the North side of the Airport and I had to use alternate means to get there.”

• The extra sink and bar space, as well as the sofa were convenient as we all dressed & got ready.
• No heated pool or hot tub.

“We were pleased with the accommodations for the price we paid and only disappointed about the hotel not having a heated pool/hot tub. Enjoyed the high definition TV with viewing from the sofa or the beds.”

• Waited over an hour for the hotel van that was suppose to run every 30 minutes.

• The room was VERY clean and had a monster LCD TV. Lots of room.
• Breakfast was too crowded.

• Perfect everything, from front desk staff, to housekeepers and
  great bed!
• Not one thing could we improve upon.

“This was our first stay at a Hyatt place & we were more than impressed;
our room was incredibly comfy and large, we had free internet/printer access, and the overall feel here is one of luxury. We will return again and again! Great bed, amenities and the staff here was exceptional.”

• Convenient to airport, for a lay over of only 14 hours. Clean, friendly, nice.
• I did not have a car and there are
  few other eating alternatives. No convenience stores, for necessities.

• The rooms are spacious with a sitting area & a big flat screen TV. Our price.
• The computers seemed to be troublesome at 2 separate check-ins.

• The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff were great!
• It would have been nice to have an indoor pool and hot tub.

• Close to the airport.
• No storage for clothes.

“I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for long term staying for more than a couple of days. If you don’t mind living out of a suitcase then it is a very nice stay. Being it was very close to the airport, there is a lot of air traffic and can be noisy at times. The staff there was very good and the rooms were very clean.”

• Excellent breakfast including fresh fruit, juices, cereals, fancy tea.
• Airport noise.

“We like this hotel primarily because of the excellent continental breakfast that is served. The rooms are good size, and the large TV screen is wonderful. If you are flying from Atlanta, consider using their park and fly option.”
