• Nothing.
• Dirty, smelly, rooms were not very clean.

“Would rate as a 1 star, stay at your own risk facility. The staff could not accommodate us with non-smoking rooms despite having 2 children (2 and 5 months). We left a day early because we could not stand staying another night.”

• Clean & convenient.
• Needs new mattresses.

“The hotel was really clean and very well located. There appeared to be many amenities that we simply did not have the opportunity to use. My only complaint would be that the bed in our room was only a full-size (not 2 full size beds, just one) and that the mattress was fairly worn out and uncomfortable for 2 people to sleep on. I think other rooms may have had newer and/or larger beds, just not the one we ended up staying in. Also, while the hotel has an extensive room service menu, there is no continental breakfast, and the only nearby breakfast places are Starbucks and Chick-fil-A, both of which are rather pricy.”

• Refrigerator, good location.
• Freezer did not work, low number of TV channels.

“Did not have a nonsmoking room ready as had been reserved over the phone, but was able to find one due to a cancellation. Breakfast was coffee, bagels, and fruit. The entire place did not smell too pleasant. It needed a couple of gallons of air freshener to drown out the beer and cigarette odors.”
