• The shuttle from the airport.

“I arrived very late at night and had to leave early in the morning, so my main concern was getting the shuttle from and to the airport in a timely manner, getting a few quiet hours of sleep, and having a clean room. My expectations were met and I was a happy camper.”

• The bed and linens were very comfortable.
• The air conditioning unit cycled off and on all night, awakening us each time.

“It is convenient to I 85 and the airport and easy to get in and out quickly. An adequate restaurant is in walking distance. The complementary breakfast was on the slim side, but adequate.”

• Renovating - ELEVATOR out of Service - No ice on 2nd floor

“I was very disappointed - the hotel was renovating. The elevator was out of service our entire stay and we were on the 2nd floor - they helped with our bags coming - but I was in a hurry to leave and had to carry the bags down myself. Also the ice machine was out of service. They should alert you when they are renovating!”
