• Near the airport.
• Shuttle service failed us.

“The shuttle service never showed up. But while we waited the hotel's reception did hang up on me. It was a long, cold, wet, and frightening wait for a driver to come and get us. When we eventually arrive (courtesy of another driver) the office knew nothing, of course, about why the shuttle never arrived or why someone hung up on me. I wrote a letter to the manager and asked for an apology. The room was fine. I was also disappointed that they couldn't give me a little toothpaste-mine was inaccessible.”

• Infestation of ants.

“I do not like to say it, but I would not recommend this hotel. There was an infestation of ants on the desk and floor. I was bitten on the face, stomach and legs; so there were either ants or bed bugs in the bed as well.”

• Shuttle and the morning staff were nice.
• TV channels did not match the schedule, the bed was not the most comfortable, it sank in the middle and the lights did not work. Only one lamp worked.

“I have no regrets that I stayed there being I got this place on line. You get what you pay for when unseen by the eye.”

• Convenient to Atlanta airport.
• They got the reservation wrong. We reserved a king bed and they said we were out of luck.
