• Close to airport.
• Parking.

“The area looks ok, but while we were there over the week the hotel could not control the younger guest, they were back and forth down the hall ways being loud at all hours of the night. The second night there was a drive by right outside my window, yea drive by, I look out side and cops running down the street with guns, so I will not stay there again.”

• Great location - very convenient to the airport.
• Party Central!

“The hotel is very convenient to the airport and offers quick and convenient shuttle service. This hotel is also party central tons of people from the surrounding community and the hotel attend evening events. As a result no parking was available. The room hallways are extremely noisy and the room doors are not well insulated from the noise. I would expect guests to be a little more courteous but two times now we have been awakened in the wee hours of the morning with yelling and doors slamming. 3 stars”

• Great location.
• I booked a 4-star hotel, but was given a 2-star room.

“Be sure to ask for a newly renovated room when booking this hotel as many of the rooms are dated. I was given an older room that was musty and dirty. The bathroom walls were full of soap scum and the bed was very uncomfortable.”

“Ended up in a handicap room with a weird, worn out bathroom (leaking faucet, fraying wallpaper). Rest of room was ok, but cramped.”

• Staff worked hard.
• Very run down condition.

“I think this hotel has seen better days. I was amazed that a Westin would be in this condition. The room was the main problem. Need to refurbish. The staff was very hard working.”

• The front desk and bar staff was very efficient and friendly.
• Bathroom door in hotel room needed to be repaired.

• Wi-Fi wasn't really available in our room.

“Good location for business travelers or travelers needing a one night stay prior to flying out. Wi-Fi needs some attention and most definitely not a 4 star hotel. Rooms need updating.”

“I would not recommend the Westin at the Atlanta Airport to everyone. I visited 2.0 star rated hotel that was much better.”

• I could not check my bags with the desk because the system was down.

• Convenient to airport, polite and punctual van service to and from airport. Clean room, comfy bed.
• No complaints!

• There was a nice pub near by.
• The room was substandard for a Westin. I would expect to find such a room at a holiday inn.

“To start there was no coffee in the room and when I asked I was told the hotel was out of regular coffee and only had decaf. The charge for internet at these places is ridiculous. If it is suppose to be business traveler friendly then charging $12.95 for internet service is not very friendly. The hotel was not 4 star quality.”

• Starbucks in Lobby.
• Needs updates in rooms.

“Hotel is dated but relatively clean and safe. Hot water was hit and miss, and renovations abound. Staff was courteous and room service was quick.”

• The location is convenient to airport.
• The staff was not friendly and treated me like an imposition at check-in.

“I ordered room service and it took longer than promised. The service set was not like I asked for and the food was only mediocre. The hotel is doing some renovation and was noisy.”

• The bed was comfortable.
• The hotel was nasty. Sever smell throughout hotel. Mold in the bathroom. Maid service.

“The hotel looked run down. The pool was cold and nasty. In the area that was close to the pool smelled of sewer. The ice machines did not work for at least 3 days on four floors. The maid service was half, it they had to clean, well. they didn't. I called for information on the areas of the hotel and was told to explore. There was mold in the bath tub and the soap, shampoo, conditioner, & lotion was not replenished each day. I would not recommend this hotel for your service.”

• Some of the decor like the bed and shower heads.
• It was small and overrated.

“That hotel really drags down the Westin name, and I believe the employees would agree as well. The quality and amenities are something you find at a Holiday Inn Express without the fancy names. I was sincerely disappointed and not only will I not return to this hotel but it makes me reconsider the whole Westin chain. I should've gone to the Marriott!”
