  • Beds were nice.
  • Parking.

“It would have been nice if the $10 overnight parking fee was included in the price. They just sort of hit you with this fee when you arrive and do not notify you about it prior to your stay.”

  • Charge for parking, room smell.

“The staff was very nice and everything was clean. The location was close to where I was needing to be but I was told that the Westin was a non-smoking facility. I got to my room and it smelled like smoke as well as musty with a humid feel to it. I turned the air down to see if that helped and it did not. I was very disappointed that they charged me with parking. It was 15.00 to valet and 10.00 to park myself. I did the valet for 5 bucks more but could not believe there was a charge for parking much less the price. I was very disappointed.”

  • Upscale, modern and clean room with a friendly, helpful staff.
  • The "heavenly bed" was not heavenly. It was ok, but not great and the A/C was noisy and inefficient.

“I was surprised at how nice the room was for the price we paid. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the restaurant served good food quickly. The one thing that was disappointing was that the A/C was not up to par. For August in Atlanta in a four star hotel, this is not something that should be skimped on.”

  • Only two elevators were in service at time of stay.

don't think it's fair to charge someone to park at their hotel.the doors to the neighboring room would make the wall in my room vibrate and also the headboard.the a/c was bareable but not cold.”

  • Bright florescent lights; huge desk.
  • The first room smelled like smoke, yet they stated that there is a $200 fine for smoking in the room.

“Does not measure up to a 4-star. It is bad business when a hotel puts a smoking room in circulation. They did change my room when I requested. Room service was swift. Nice flat screen TV.”

  • The room was spacious and very comfortable.
  • I ordered from room service and couldn't understand staff member who took my order. (Heavy accent).

“My first room was very nice, but I soon discovered that the bathroom was not cleaned properly. I was given a different room, but for a hotel such as Westin, they should have better quality control.”

    didn't like the price of the resteraunt, or the layout of the bar. The bar tables are very hard to have a meal on.

  • Bed was very comfortable.
  • Charging a fee to use my own laptop via wireless connection.

“With the exception of the fact that we would have been charged to use our own wireless computer or even to use the one in the business center. Our stay was very nice. I wish the sports bar had actually table to eat instead of the sofa scenario. I know this encourages lengthy stays, which encourages more drinking, but for those of us who just wanted a light meal it was awkward.”

“I could have saved money and had a better experience at the Holiday Inn Express down the road. This was an overpriced motel. The room was small and cramped, the staff was not very friendly, the valet staff was very rude, there was a lot of noise.”

  • Not much to do, no where to eat, little opportunity to get snacks other than mini bar in room.
