• Comfort of the bed, and that the room was clean, bath and shower curtain was clean.

“Even though the hotel is close to the airport, the sound of the aircrafts taking off was audible but muffled. We were able to get a good nights rest.”

• Lady at the front desk was rude. Messed up my room size promised a king but got double.

“Nice rooms. Nice decor. Parking was additional but kept messing up and requested payment everytime we left the hotel. Rude front desk staff.”

• Room was spacious and king bed was terrific.
• TV in room small and not great quality.

“First-class place, and parking was reasonable for a 4-star and above hotel. Pool is indoors, but we were there on a cold night (about 25 degrees) and it was really cold in the pool area and even colder in the corridor that leads from the exercise room to the pool. Almost like we were outdoors.”

• The staff was very attentive and polite. Everyone gave their name so you could identify them is you needed more assistance.
• When I arrived in my room the bathroom hand mirror was dusty and had hair on it. Though the staff was quick to correct the problem I did not expect.

“I could not say enough about the staff. They were all very professional yet personable. Each gave their name which impressed me. They made it clear they were there to make my stay perfect. The location is great for getting around Atlanta.”

• It was convenient and the staff was helpful.
• It was fine all around.

“We chose this location to be close to MARTA. The shuttle took us quickly to the airport where we picked it up to go downtown. It was easy and convenient. It was also fairly quiet with no airport noise. A good choice for travelers.”

• This is not a five star hotel. This was the worst birthday ever, thanks to the Westin!

• The room was nice on the first day!
• They never changed the sheets!

“This was the worst hotel! This hotel nickel and dimes you. They charge for the business center, parking and anything else you can think of! It is $10 a day to park in a hotel. It is $2.99 to use the business center plus 59 cents a minute for the internet. Just one more heads up. Please don't think that this five star hotel will clean your room and change your sheets everyday! Oh, please don't let me forget, the room service was expensive and cold. I will never stay in another Westin period! I don't care if it was free! Enter at your own risk! You should save your money and go to a motel 6! Motel 6 changes their sheets, gives you a microwave and allows you to park for free!”

• Charge for parking, room smell.

“The staff was very nice and everything was clean. The location was close to where I was needing to be but I was told that the Westin was a non-smoking facility. I got to my room and it smelled like smoke as well as musty with a humid feel to it. I turned the air down to see if that helped and it did not. I was very disappointed that they charged me with parking. It was 15.00 to valet and 10.00 to park myself. I did the valet for 5 bucks more but could not believe there was a charge for parking much less the price. I was very disappointed.”

• Upscale, modern and clean room with a friendly, helpful staff.
• The "heavenly bed" was not heavenly. It was ok, but not great and the A/C was noisy and inefficient.

“I was surprised at how nice the room was for the price we paid. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the restaurant served good food quickly. The one thing that was disappointing was that the A/C was not up to par. For August in Atlanta in a four star hotel, this is not something that should be skimped on.”

• Bright florescent lights; huge desk.
• The first room smelled like smoke, yet they stated that there is a $200 fine for smoking in the room.

“Does not measure up to a 4-star. It is bad business when a hotel puts a smoking room in circulation. They did change my room when I requested. Room service was swift. Nice flat screen TV.”
