• Nothing.
• A dump & rude lazy staff.

“Toilet leaked out onto the floor from underneath, not an overflow. I woke to the smell of sewage. Faucet on tub was pulled and turned to no avail, no water. I was on my way to catch a flight and told staff when I checked out. She could not be bothered to get up from where she was seated with her shoes off. She told me I did not use the faucet properly, it works fine, said she would tell someone about the toilet. No sorry, nothing.”

• It had a nice complimentary breakfast.
• The front desk service was non-existent; making you feel like everything was a burden to them.

“The service was at best poor. Had to ask 3 times to get a TV that worked. Twice I was left with no clean towels. Asked them to fix their wireless internet so it worked about 5 times called their tech support about 4 and he would promise to contact the hotel to fix their problem so I had no internet all week. The staffs made you feel like you should feel sorry for them doing what they were supposed to do.”

• The staff was very accommodating.
• I couldn't stay there longer.

“Though so close to the airport, it was a very quiet room. Front desk personnel were so accommodating and very friendly. Thanks so much Holiday Inn College Park, staff, for a great experience.”

• Good continental breakfast.
• Commode did not flush, shower knob falling off wall, slow to refill breakfast items.

“Hotel was very difficult to find bad signage. We checked in late & got the last room. The commode lever that raises the flapper was broke & I think they already knew that but had not taken action to correct. The water valve in shower protruded from wall and left a void & water spewed from around the tub spout. The one lady working the breakfast was in no hurry to refill items that kept running out.”

• New, clean, quiet, great pool.
• Front desk staff were not as friendly as they could be.

• Close to the airport.
• Inconsistent shuttle service. No laundry facilities.

“This hotel is very close to the airport, however I believe the cons outweigh the pros. The hotel is in need of new technology, this hotel was recently "renovated" however I believe they just repainted it. The shuttle service is very inconsistent with the times given, this hotel has not close dining, or laundry facilities. It does meet the 2 star level criteria.”

• Very good complimentary breakfast, very convenient to the airport.
• Loud children in the halls until very late at night.

• This hotel is very convenient to the Atlanta Airport.
• It appeared older and may need some renovations.

“This hotel is less than 1 mile from the Atlanta Airport and you do not have to get on the interstate to access the airport. It appears a bit older, but it is clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It offers free breakfast and has an outdoor pool as well as a workout room for those wanting to stay in shape. I would stay at this hotel again.”

• Not very clean room, room lacked many items: bulbs, cable for TV and remote, towels.

“While the location was fine, the hotel was not in good shape. There were no bulbs in any of the lighting fixtures, no cable for the TV or a remote. There were towels missing and the lotions, etc in the bathroom were opened and partially used.”

• The location was good and room was small.

“The hotel is ok for two or three people any thing more it is going to be tight. We had four two adults, a teenager, and youth, was very tight in the room. The bedding and shower were very good and comfortable.”

• Great breakfast with cinnamon rolls, waffles, fruit and great coffee. Nice shower curtain and towels.
• Beds were not comfortable - could use a thick mattress pad and the bathroom could use some maintenance.

“I would stay again because the staff was friendly and the breakfast was a treat.”
