• The room itself was beautiful and perfect for my needs.
• The outside/grounds of the hotel are in need of an update.

• Evening reception and breakfast were delicious.
• Nothing.

“I was on a girl-weekend with my mother and sister. We were looking for a quiet place to relax. The Residence Inn met all expectations. The staff was friendly. We arrived in time for the evening reception (salad and soup that night) which was delicious and warm at 20 minutes before the end of service. Morning breakfast offered a large spread something for everyone in my party. The room was spacious and even the pullout bed was comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked and the microwave worked well to re-heat leftovers. The hotel was quiet; we never heard a neighbor, and being so close to MSU that was surprising. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

• Enjoyed the fireplace with complimentary fire log.
• Entryway and parking lot tight.

“The room was clean and well appointed. I really enjoyed the fireplace with complimentary fire log; the TV can be viewed from the kitchen desk area, couch or bed. I only stayed one night but this was basically a studio apartment with a fireplace that would be ideal for an extended stay. The bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows.”

• Friendly, helpful staff. Clean & convenient surroundings.
• It took me too long to find out about it!

“The staff was friendly & it was nice to see the same faces behind the desk & working around the hotel. They never failed to speak & offer help--directions, extra towels--whatever we needed. It was very convenient to the vet clinic @ Michigan State where our dog had surgery. The staff even asked how the puppy was doing!! It was so nice to come back to our unit & be able to relax in clean, pleasant surroundings. We were able to have a meal or snack whenever we wanted. The kitchen was compact & provided everything we needed. We have already recommended Residence Inn to several people & we truly hope we'll be able to stay in one whenever we travel in the future. Thank you.”
