• The manager was awesome that weekend!
• Smoking rooms right below us - could smell it.

“We arrived late due to tornado's in TN on the way - the manager on duty that weekend was just awesome. He checked us in, then helped bus tables in dining room, next morning he was helping with breakfast - really great work ethic.”

• The pool system needs improvement , indoor pool was cold and not heated.

• The hotels common area was very beautiful.
• My room smelled like cigarettes.

“The hotel was very beautiful inside. Fountains, ponds, and lights set the mode for a romantic dinner in the hotel's restaurant or cocktails at the bar. I loved my stay!”

• Out dated furniture, paying for parking and internet, small rooms.

• Luxurious, relaxing, and beautiful.
• Have to pay for parking!

• The suit is very good for a family of three adults.
• Charging $7:00 for parking per night, my bathroom toilet kept running all the time.

“I was charged $13.90 for nothing. When my bank statement arrived, I called the hotel, and they told me that I watched a movie, which I did not. It took five days for the hotel to credit my account, and another five to seven days to see the credit in my bank account.”

• We had to pay for self parking.

“My girlfriend and I loved the hotel. The staff was very friendly. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed a great breakfast each morning and free drinks from the manager both nights.”

• The suite layout was nice.
• I desperately needed a toiletry item around midnight. Front desk said housekeeping would bring; never showed up.

“This was a very pleasant hotel, very close by the airport, so it made a great place for a travel layover.”

• The location near the airport was ideal and the quality and spaciousness of the room was perfect.
• The quality of the cooked food on the breakfast buffet was low, but the cooked to order omelets were great.

“Amazing quality and location for the price, the size and layout of the suite was perfect for us traveling with a toddler. He got his own room to sleep in his crib, and we had a great room with a bed. I highly recommend. We will return the next time we are in Atlanta.”

• Location was great & easy to find. Shuttle service was excellent and driver was very friendly & helpful. Pools for the kids were great.
• No battery in TV remote & after requesting one, it was never delivered. No hot water, toilet clogged.

“We visited Atlanta for a Braves game. This hotel's location was excellent and their shuttle service took us to the Marta station at the airport, so we didn't have to fight traffic. The driver explained exactly how to get to the stadium and back to the hotel. He was very friendly with us and the children. The hotel had an indoor and outdoor pools and a hot tub, which the children enjoyed. All were in very good, clean condition. Towels were provided and placed on tables around the indoor pool area. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff was very friendly. Atrium was beautiful but too warm. The only problems were lack of TV remote battery (one was never provided after requesting), no hot water for showers (luke warm only), toilet clogged.”

• The location, and the space of the suite.
• The air/heating vent needs to be cleaned or painted.

“The hotel is very nice. The vent on the top wall needed to be cleaned, overall, for the price, and location very reasonable, and the room looks good in quality. I will recommend this hotel to friends visiting Atlanta.”

• Excellent breakfast.
• Location very poor nothing within walking distance and you have to pay to park how absurd.

“The over night clerk was absolutely wonderful. The morning chef who prepared the omelets very professional. Chef prepared on the woman making some very uncomfortable. I am certain he has crossed the line a time or two. Also please tell me how it makes sense to have customers pay to park their own vehicle.”

• Location, quality of rooms, staff. And room size were great.
• Heard a lot of noise from kids due to atrium, slamming doors.

“Overall the hotel was great. Very good service, food was very good for a 2.5-3star, Internet service was fast & reliable, staff were very friendly. Suites were a good size, reasonably modern, and very well-kept. My only "complaint" was that because of the atrium style of the hotel, you heard kids all the time (not necessarily a bad thing) and if there were any down your hallway, when they slammed the door you'd feel it in your own room. This may have all been due to an unusually large # of kids at the hotel at the time - flights were being canceled and many traveling families were being held over.”
