• I liked the breakfast.
• The hall need vacuuming, but that was done shortly after I arrived.

• Location, quality of rooms, staff. And room size were great.
• Heard a lot of noise from kids due to atrium, slamming doors.

“Overall the hotel was great. Very good service, food was very good for a 2.5-3star, Internet service was fast & reliable, staff were very friendly. Suites were a good size, reasonably modern, and very well-kept. My only "complaint" was that because of the atrium style of the hotel, you heard kids all the time (not necessarily a bad thing) and if there were any down your hallway, when they slammed the door you'd feel it in your own room. This may have all been due to an unusually large # of kids at the hotel at the time - flights were being canceled and many traveling families were being held over.”

• They even had a manager's special cocktail & appetizer hour
• Breakfast began at our airport departure time.

“We were amazed by the friendliness and courtesies of the entire staff for our stay at the Atlanta Airport Embassy Suites. They were very busy but never lost their composure or pleasantness.”

• Lots of space. Breakfast was good, but the omelet long was very long.
• I had a very difficult time finding this place. Also, I was surprised by the all of the extra fees for internet, self-parking, ect.

• The hotel was very nice on the inside.
• The business center was terrible guest services did not know how anything in there worked or how to print anything.

“This hotel is ok. There is only one elevator that you can use to take a bag cart up because of stairs everywhere else.”

• The managers reception in the evening was great!
• It was showing its age just a bit.

• Very nice room. Nice lobby and views.
• The toilet did not flush properly.

“The breakfast is great. Room is great and service too. It was too bad we experienced the problem with the toilet and we did not have the chance to see the response to solve it because we just stayed one night and we could not tell me until the check out. We bet they would have changed us to a another room immediately.”

• Large spacious suites, comp. breakfast.
• No free Wi-Fi, parking costly and inconvenient, slow process in check in because of chk card.

“The hotel was a wonderful stay. I enjoyed the quite and the space in the suite. I did not like the cost of using wireless service for a 3 star hotel. It was costly and should come as a courtesy. We are business travelers and use computers as a part of work for necessity not for convenience.”

• Clean, very big room! Very nice! Easy drive to airport!
• Fee parking was a bit high and unexpected.

• The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
• Paying to park and room smelled of cigarette smoke.

“An ok property located convenient to the airport. The style of the room was definitely on the dated side but it was clean. I was a completely astounded at the parking fee for self park and I think they need to invest in an ozone machine to clear the air in rooms that smell of smoke.”

• The location close to the airport.
• The restaurant was not good.

“The Embassy Suites at ATL airport is an ok hotel, but the restaurant food is not good and service is only ok in the restaurant. We prefer a hotel within close proximity of the airport with several food venues and good food, i.e., the HYATT.”

• Good size room with lots of extras (microwave, fridge, etc.) Enjoyed managers reception.
• No problems. Was very pleased with everything.

• The size of the suite was more than accommodating.
• All the doors face the atrium so privacy was less than most hotels.

“The bathtub had a very slow drain and the toilet ran constantly. The front desk at 3am was very sympathetic to it. Other hotel staff however was very nice. Drain was finally fixed by the next afternoon. Managers reception was very nice and laid back. The bartender was very congenial and polite.”
