• Put us in a handicapped room with a view was the roof and a wall.

“ Very nice hotel but our room was sub-standard. Couldn't wait to get out of there. Could tell the hotel wasn't over-crowded, yet they put us in a handicapped room with horrible view. ”

• Rooms were nicely decorated, staff very; friendly, beautiful area outside to walk, flowers etc.
• One of the bed mattresses was sort of squeaky and felt old.

• Convenient location, adjacent to shopping mall and free parking!
• Room service was a bit pricey.

“From the minute you walk into the lobby you become relaxed and comfortable. The rooms are huge! The service is impeccable. You really feel like you are being pampered. I loved this hotel.”

• Convenient to shopping, dining and beautiful artwork throughout hotel.
• There was a $15 charge to use the internet from your own computer.

“Great location near shopping, dining and interstate. Beds were comfortable and no mini bar or refrigerator in the room.”

  liked that the hotel was very professional and luxury.
• i didn't like the fact they don't have microwaves in all the rooms.

“The hotel is very professional. the bar is equipped with all you'll need to enjoy a sports game, or just to take time to gather your thoughts. Finally, you'll sleep all night in their feather like beds.”

• Beautiful, clean room.
• Awful customer service.

“I asked a room to celebrate our 2 year wedding anniversary. The woman at the front desk hardly said two words to us. We were then given a room on the 9th floor. The hotel had 14 floors. We were disappointed that we did not get a room on the top floor but we didn't want to cause a stink since we were there to celebrate. Once we got to the room, an hour or so later we called the front desk to ask a question about room service. The phone rang and rang and no one ever picked up. But the icing on the cake was the following morning. We were ready for breakfast but were told that breakfast was part of the Club (top floor) and they were not open on the weekends (it was Sunday morning). Not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience. The hotel itself was beautiful, the room was very nice and clean, however, based on the service my husband and I received we will not be returning to or recommending this hotel.”

• The gym and restaurants.
• I did not like the fact I was nickel and dime for everything.

“The hotel charges $15.50 per person for a continental breakfast, $15.00 per day for internet connection, $5.00 service fee for room service.”

• Unprofessional and rude front desk staff, unresponsive management.

“The personnel at the font desk were unprofessional and insulting - making inappropriate remarks and suggestions about my spouse in front of other guests and hotel personnel. While the guests appeared shocked by the conduct of the associate, others behind the front desk unsuccessfully attempted to hide their amusement. When we attempted to talk to the manger about the incident, our calls were not returned. While the facilities are above average (but not 4 star) our entire stay was ruined by the behavior of the front desk associates. We stay at Marriott Hotel 3 - 4 times per month and have never been treated in such an insulting and unprofessional manner. I cannot recommend this hotel under any circumstances.”

• Nice, impressive lobby area.
• Room service. Did not even take out the trash.

“Hotel is in a good location close to both the I-285 and I-75 interstates. The hotel is not very appropriate for young children and housekeeping did not do a good job (didn't even take out the trash from the room). Area around hotel looks nice but unprotected parking lot leaves a little to be desired. Gas stolen from car overnight!”

• I really enjoyed the exercise facility. I had a very good workout.
• I expected the rooms to be larger with a fridge and microwave.

• The staff failed to control wild college kids.

“Once settled in our rooms, all hell broke lose with a group of college kids aspiring to be landscape architects and staying at the hotel for a conference with a group call planet. The kids banged on our door and others all night and then would run away down the hallway. This group must have held an all night pep rally because a group kept yelling in unison in the lobby/restaurant/conference area every thirty minutes. The design of the hotel acted as a megaphone and would amplify this yelling to a ridiculously loud level. The hotel staff was nice, but powerless to control this group of amateurs, and inconsiderate brats who acted as if this was their first trip away form their mommies.”

• I loved the indoor heated pool.
• Only bad thing was housekeeping walked right into our room before check-out time while we were sleeping.
