• Convenient parking, comfortable (if smallish) room, nice staff.
• Hallways seemed to have been decorated by someone.

“The complexity of one-way roads in the area made it a little difficult to get to for a one-night stay. The two busy interstates intersecting close by, and a rather loud AC/heater fan cycling on and off in the room made for a pretty high noise level. The plantings and the sunshine around the place were welcoming to northerners, as were the very friendly people. And it was away from commercial hubbub, which was nice. Parking was convenient and seemed safe.”

• Windows with great view and beautiful lobby area.
• Parking and entrance were inconvenient.

“The rooms are delightful with comfortable beds and nice views. The staff was helpful and there were emergency amenities that were forgot. Fairly family friendly, but the parking was only so so and the breakfast hours were short.”

• The bed felt great and comfortable.
• I had to order a microwave oven and they debited 20 dollars per night for expenses - instead of a smaller deposit.

• Price, location and staff.
• Could be just my room, but beds had an odor.

“The hotel was a very good value. Just off I-75, the location was ideal for me. The staff was competent and friendly. I has dinner and two $8.00 drinks in the bar. The food was OK, but the drinks didn't taste like there was any alcohol in them. The hotel is close enough to downtown Atlanta, but not in a congested area.”

• The staff were excellent in every aspect and the location excelent.
• I have no complaints.

“This hotel is in an excellent location, we travelled with older children as well as a baby and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.”

• This hotel is in a really convenient location.

• When they found out that we had a death in the family, they sent flowers and card signed by the staff. Very thoughtful, courteous and friendly staff.

“I was impressed by the compassion shown to my husband, who got there first, when they heard about the loss of his mother. They went out of the way to make sure he was okay. In minutes of knowing of his loss, they sent him a planter and a card individually signed by the staff. Wonderful! They were all very friendly and everyone would ask if were satisfied with our stay.”

• Easy to find, close to interstate.

“This hotel was a great stop on the drive down to florida, we arrived late and the restaurant was still serving food so that was great. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was large too.”

• The staff was great and very helpful.

“Facility is very dated. Should not carry a 3.5 star rating. Dirty coffee service in room was disgusting. 5:30 am alarm going off without me touching it the night before ruined my next travel day. I complained to the front desk and they said they would discuss with housekeeping - not an adequate response.”
