• Very nice room.
• Unwieldy layout. No facility Map. Morning room service a joke.

“With the exception of a failure to deliver on Breakfast room service, this establishment is awesome. Very classy room. Great food at dinner! Filled out breakfast tag and placed on door knob and chose a 7-7:15 delivery. I called the at your service number, and inquired at 7:17. When I decided to just leave at 7:35, I went to the front desk and it became obvious what the issue was. The woman I had talked to was still on the phone with customers and hadn't even had a chance to check with the kitchen. The other front desk person was like wise overwhelmed. I mentioned that a free breakfast if not delivered on time, was a bit pointless if it never shows up at all. I was told the restaurant manager would call me, but I never got the call. It was obvious that the facility was short staffed, resulting in an experience that ended badly for me. This review would have been across the board 10+ had they been able to deliver on the promise.”

• Extremely comfortable beds and nice bathrooms and nicely redone.
• Pay for internet use in business center, cocky staff member.

“Beautiful hotel. Room was nice and clean and redone. Did not like the fact that you had pay for internet use in the business center. Also, one staff member was very cocky. Overall, it was a beautiful hotel and nicely located.”

• A bed so comfortable, I didn't want to get up in the morning.
• Limited menu at the restaurant/bar and in room coffee was lousy.

“This was a fantastic stay. The room was well appointed with wireless internet, a work station and comfortable office chair, flat screen LCD TV, one of the best hotel beds I've slept in years.”

• It was very convenient to a lot of the things me and my children wanted to do and it is right around the street from the mall.
• The staff was not very helpful.

• The rooms were recently renovated and very tastefully done.
• The rooms were extremely small and the hallways desperately needed updating.

“Very nice redecorated rooms with HDTV. The rooms were extremely small however, and the halls showed years of wear and tear. Hopefully they will soon be renovated as it appears the lobby has had a total renovation. Good area, parking plentiful and great restaurants nearby.”

• Room Quality was superb, great bed with comfortable pillows.
• More business oriented, with upscale lobby that had cold impersonal feel.

“Very nice high rise hotel outside of Atlanta, but convenient to highway. Hotel was in office park and primarily caters to business guests. Rooms were very comfortable with modern decor and outstanding beds and sufficient pillows. Breakfast not included, but had coffee bar with free fruit.”

• I love the friendliness of the entire staff! Check out and check in was actually a pleasant experience!
• Confusing whenever you drive in even though it is clearly marked. Too far to walk to car, felt a little insecure.

“I have found this to be my favorite! I travel to Atlanta once a week and have stayed at a variety of places! The staff is so friendly and accommodating! Thanks for recommending this nice place.”

• I wish that there were an option to book a suite.

“Good location. Only about 15 minutes from Downtown. Restaurants and shopping all around. The indoor heated pool was nice and they even honored my request for two double beds. The staff was wonderful.”

• The room was initially attractive & clean, and accommodates business travelers.
• The staff did not come in later to clean the room. Due to my late arrival, I wanted to sleep in.

“I expected the room to be cleaned upon my return from some city outings, but it was not; in spite of the fact that I needed to sleep in, it was my belief that the hotel, especially a Marriott, would have staff who would clean the room later in the day. Overall, the (front desk) staff was professional and courteous, and the accomodations were nice. It was a pleasure to see that business tools (Desk, Internet access, etc) were available, and the hotel was . Located near a variety of retaurants, shopping, and the interstate (I-75).”
