• We were in a two room sweet for cheap, and it was beautiful and luxurious!
• They were hosting a family reunion on the 2nd floor that we heard on the 4th floor. They moved us, but it was inconvenient.

• Staff was friendly.
• Having to pay for parking and internet at the hotel.

“Nice hotel. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Location is in a busy area and somewhat difficult to get in and out of entrance to hotel. Biggest turnoffs were having to pay for parking and Internet connection at the hotel. As a business traveler, I despise having to pay for parking and internet at hotels.”

“Okay hotel in a Golden Spot, easy to get anywhere on the west side of town but not trying to impress anyone. I think the galleria and Cumberland mall keep this place going.”

• The beds were very comfortable. The flat screen tv's were great. There was a walkway to some great restaurants.
• If you were going the wrong way, you had to go a few blocks to do a u turn to get back to the hotel.

“Check in was a breeze. The rooms were very clean. The beds were heavenly. My husband enjoyed the flat screen television. It was nice having a fridge. There was a slide door between the sitting area and the bedroom. This would be very nice if you were traveling with kids. They could watch tv on the pull out couch while you were in bed with your own tv.”

• I liked my room. It was beautiful, spacious and relaxing.
• I don't have anything that I did not like.

“This hotel was beautiful. My room was a suite on the top floor, with an enjoyable view of West Atlanta. The room had pocket doors which was great and did not take away from the open feeling of the room. There were 2 flat screen TV's and the king size bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and definitely stay here again.

“The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Adequate parking and shopping centers are nearby. My only complaint was not enough bath towels for two people. Very nice and we will stay again.”

• Well, I did not know they had room service until I left.

“I enjoyed it, especially the separate room. It did get noisy at times due to the heavy traffic. However, it was nice, and I would come again.”

• I did not like the fact the restaurant was unavailable.

“My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is nicely located to shopping and dining, with easy access via interstate to other Atlanta attractions.”

• Flat panel TV.
• Pull out sofa was small and uncomfortable for teenaged children.

“This hotel met all of our expectations. The room was clean, the staff brought some additional towels at our request (within 2 minutes) and the front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Next time the wife and I will go alone!”

• Couldn't stay another day.

“I will go to Embassy Suites next time. Happy Hour in the evening, breakfast in the morning. Sheraton was nice & had other nice amenities, but even Super 8 includes a continental breakfast in their price.”

• The staff was accommodating and attentive.
• To spend this kind of money I would expect continental breakfast at least.

“I was very impressed with the hotel staff. We were upgrade to a King Suite free of charge. Every request we made the staff was able to comply effortlessly. I would highly recommend this hotel, as if it's in an excellent location.”
