• I loved the pool, spa and sauna area. It was clean and relaxing!
• Nothing.

“This hotel was in a very convenient location for travelers. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We could not have enjoyed the spa, pool and sauna more! Room service was promptly delivered and was delicious, all at a fair price. Our overall stay here was excellent!”

• The staff was very professional and helpful.
• There was nothing for me to complain about this hotel.

“The staff of this hotel were definitely professional. I recall that I was going to purchase an item from their lobby, and the clerk instead gave me a substitute item for free. The restaurant had top tier service. I will stay at this hotel and only this hotel for any future trips to Atlanta, GA.”

• The staff was very friendly. They gave us a list of nearby restaurant and they told us about the Six Flags discounts they offered.

“The whole experience here was very inviting and the staff was warm. Looking forward to staying their again.”

• The rooms were clean, attractive, and well kept.
• The pool was unheated; very beautiful and well kept but cold.

“The rooms were nice and I enjoyed this hotel immensely. The indoor pool was a good size, clean, attractive, and well kept; but it was unheated and cold.”

• Loved the indoor pool.
• Location was a little out of the way.

• The hot tub was awesome!
• The connecting door to the next room was warped and didn't close properly.

“The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and courteous. The pool area and hot tub were beautiful. The sauna was not working.”

• The hotel provided a nice location to have a birthday party for my 2 year old grandson. Everything was wonderful and the staff was great.
• Nothing, it was great.

• Access to major highways, Marta, restaurants, and downtown Atlanta.
• Upon entering the hotel there was a strong odor; mildew and musky in the registration, lounge and eating area.

“We were on business. Left early in the morning and returned in the evening. A big plus was they gave us a room in a quiet area of the hotel very good for sleeping. The room was nicely decorated, comfortable bed and had a refrigerator which was great. The blanket on the bed was soiled should have been changed and the bathroom tile had mold in areas. I was satisfied, I would rate it B+ and stay here again.”

• The location was excellent! A mall was directly across the street and interstates were just a block away.

“The hotel is in an excellent location! It is directly across the street from the Cumberland mall and close to numerous good restaurants. The interstates were a block or two away and is still convenient to all the attractions of Atlanta without the high prices if the hotels downtown. Free parking was a plus and the rooms were attractive and large. It was clean and the pool and exercise area was nice. Good hotel!”
