“Cheap, great area. The rooms look nice, but you have to ask for simple things like shampoo, bars of soap, or more than 2 towels.”

“Staff seemed indifferent, lobby was stinky. I am surprised Howard Johnsons keeps their name here. The room was acceptable; still, the place needs to be fixed up. Breakfast was ok.”

“I wouldn't revisit this facility unless desperate. It's poorly maintained. Staff is marginal. Security is a question and price is not attractive for the quality of the facility.”

“My plane to Atlanta was delayed causing me to loose the last flight out of Atlanta to my final destination point. So I was able to finally find a vacant room at the hobo express now I know why). As I waiting at the airport's hotel shuttle stop for an hour or so, thinking that getting to and from the airport must be quite a drive. After waiting for an hour at midnight. The shuttle finally showed up. The gentlemen was very friendly but the van/shuttle smelled of pot that was covered up by spray. Come to find out the drive took us under ten minutes so why it took an hour to get to the airport to get two hotel guests is beyond my understanding. Then when I got the hotel it looked run down but decent and it too smelled like pot. I rode the elevator up to the 2nd floor and walked down a very interesting hallway. The ice machine area was dirty and stuff just laying there. There was a storage closet that was wide open filled with misc stuff haphazardly thrown in there. A hotel room was left semi open. It was just very spooky being there. The room was decent. From what I could tell things were clean. I could not dial out on the phone it did not work but only to call the front desk, who took forever to answer the phone. Beware do not stay here alone. It is spooky.”

“The hotel was dirty from the lobby to the room and back again. The only light fixture in the bathroom did not work. The one chair had a broken arm. Another light had a bulb burned out. I know it was a one star but even a one star should be clean and in working order. ”

“For the money I expected a little more. The breakfast was poor with very little to chose from. I might recommend this hotel for a "no frills" traveler who is just looking for a place to sleep and go.”

“If you were just passing through I am sure that it would be a good stop for you. I was not that impressed. I arrived and there were homeless folks in the lobby. The staff was having a discussion with folks about being in and out constantly. There was a smell of marijuana in the hallway. I had a hard time located the hotel. There was no signage immediately in view on the main road, Old National. I did get a good night sleep.”

“The heat did not work in our room. After a long flight, we were tired and went to bed. Woke up the next morning to a fight about somebody's mama in the hallway. We waited for them to stop got dressed and called hotel desk. She told me as it was 11:30 and check out was 11:00 AM. The bathroom was filthy, we froze, the beds had those scratchy blankets on them, there was nothing clean and no one would help us. We were in the worst area of town and it showed.”

“Compared to the prices of other hotels in the vicinity, the price was very reasonable. However, the restaurants in the area are questionable unless you want fast food. We tried the a Mexican restaurant nearby but the food was almost inedible and we had to cross a highway (we were walking) to get there. While the neighborhood doesn't appear dangerous, we felt very uncomfortable walking around after dark. We called Jack, the van driver, and he picked us up from the restaurant and returned us to the hotel for which we were thankful and appreciative. I would not stay there again nor recommend it to friends or family unless I told them all the downsides. Only the price would be a motivation for staying again.”

“The hotel has been newly renovated and under new management. I like the business center that is available. They have a shuttle service also that will travel to up to 3 miles and the airport”
