• The staff gave us good directions to grocery stores.
• The coke bottle that had dried soda in it.

“Besides the coke bottle (with soda dried in the bottom of the plastic bottle) in the room and no forks (since this hotel had a kitchenette) and the elevator was pretty nasty, it was ok for just one night.”

• The location is excellent and not far from other restaurants or businesses.

• The staff was very friendly.
• No shampoo, they don't change the linens, no hair dryer.

“The location was hard to find, they don't change the beds, offer shampoo, offer a hair dryer, offer morning breakfast or even coffee, news paper.”

• They were willing to trade rooms when the "non-smoking" room reaked of smoke.
• The whole hotel smelled horrible and was dirty.

“I would not ever want to stay at this hotel again. I can't believe we were charged that much to stay there!”

• Great location, great price & rooms were nice.
• Counter staff not very friendly at all.

“When I got to hotel my info wasnt there so I had to find my confirmation & hotel staff had to call to confirm my reservation which was about 20 to 30 min wait. Service I say average at best but hotel & location were very nice.”

• We had the rudest staff, our toilet overflowed, we were not compensated for the inconvenience.

“The night staff was very rude. Our toilet was having problems, so she told me where to find a plunger, not cool. I did my best went out for the day, came back to my clothes on the floor. I told her about the mess and she said there was no one to help me at 10 pm at night. I asked for an upgrade for my inconvenience she said no I could stay in that room or she would give me the exact same room but no compensation for all the trouble I had to go through with moving my things and my ruined clothes. Also she was talking about us to these friends of her very unprofessionally. The day manager did not agree with any of our complaint and was also rude. I would never stay there again.”

“The people very friendly. Good attitude. I like the wait to communicated with the guest. Very good to provide some information when you need around to the city. I like the attitude the start to the guest.”

• Very clean and convenient. Excellent price and comfortable.
• Window to the room was unlocked when we checked in.

• Box spring mattress very stained; light bulbs out. AC unit was replaced, sink cracked.

“The windy hills Marietta (Atlanta) extended stay America hotel has an excellent placement near eating establishments, gas stations, and freeways. The rooms are clean & fresh, with good placement of kitchenette, work, and sleep space. The ability to open windows for fresh air is appreciated.”
