• The cleanliness, very clean and staff was very friendly.
• The bed was definitely not comfortable and the refrigerator in the room did not work.

• room was spacious
• asst manager was very nasty and room was noisy

“Extremely bad cust service at front desk on check in. The clerk named chris and asst mgr named patricia kept telling me that "I did not pay for my room" When I insisted that I did she would not give me the cust svc number and then once I had the number cont to argue that I did not pay for my room. When I told her to "please drop the conversation because I was really getting mad about this" she said "Fine, I will just cancel your reservation because I can do that" then she cont to insist that I did not pay for my room. Then at 1115 pm I was awakened by the drunks across the hall cussing and physically fighting and had to have the front desk come up to the floor and put a stop to the behavior. It was the worst hotel experience that I have had in more than 10 years. Considering that I used to travel for a living and practically live in hotels, thats really very bad.”

• The staff was very extremely friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely use this hotel again.

• New, clean, helpful staff, free parking, and big plasma TV.
• Gym did not have weights, treadmill and elliptical only.

“Close to Cumberland Mall and Marietta. Very nice, new, and clean facility. Large sofa, large plasma TV and large comfortable bed. Close and plentiful free parking. I felt comfortable and safe in this area and in this hotel.”

• Lots of space.
• Dirty couch.

“Lots of space to spread out and watch TV, sleep or work at desk. Awesome restaurant within close walking distance. Refrigerator for leftovers. Great breakfast. Great location to several restaurants and easy to I75 for traveling. Nice area of town.”

“Good place to stay. Wish they had indoor pool. Breakfast was very ordinary. Had to ask for coffee cups and juice glasses as they did not replenish. Bathroom exhaust was not working. Room was not properly cleaned.”

• There was a separate living room and bedroom.
• No full breakfast buffet. Continental only.

• Awesome modern decor, incredible HD 42 inch TV.
• It's a little tough to get to from the freeway unless you're familiar with the area.

“This place rocks. The room was great, TV was awesome, and I even loved the ice bucket. I tried to get this hotel a second (and a third) time for subsequent trips, but I forgot that it was only a 2.5 star hotel. I keep ending up in 3 and 4 star hotels that I liked far less than this one!”
