• Air conditioning unit was very noisy and not working well.

• The staff was overly friendly! That was pleasant.
• The bathroom was small. The bathtub was a little dirty!

• Awesome modern decor, incredible HD 42 inch TV.
• It's a little tough to get to from the freeway unless you're familiar with the area.

“This place rocks. The room was great, TV was awesome, and I even loved the ice bucket. I tried to get this hotel a second (and a third) time for subsequent trips, but I forgot that it was only a 2.5 star hotel. I keep ending up in 3 and 4 star hotels that I liked far less than this one!”

• Clean! Beautiful contemporary furnishings. Nice LCD TV. Sleeper sofa in every room! Great place to stay.
• Continental breakfast was basically cold cereal and bagels but the dining area was very clean with great atmosphere.

• Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was given a tour of public facilities at check in. Noon check out a plus.
• Tub & toilet enclosure was a bit too small. Very few drawers available.

“Hotel in a nice location, though a tiny bit difficult to find upon arrival (look for chuck e. Cheese). Staff was very nice and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We would like to have taken the ultra plush king size bed and the large had TV home with us. Even the sofa sleeper was comfortable. Pool and fitness center very clean. Very close proximity to mall, restaurants, and bus service. Look forward to staying here on our next trip.”

• I did like the hotel hosts. They were very helpful in giving directions since there was no internet included with the room.
• Bathroom was very small. Room was small overall.

“Overall. The experience was great. We were able to reach all of our destinations from the hotel in no more than 20 minutes. Food in the area was great and so were the people (service). However the Wal-Mart closest to our room reminded me much of a Fred's dollar store and not like any other Wal-mart I had ever visited. It made me feel like I was in the ghetto part of town. Not very safe looking and employees weren't friendly. But I would stay here again if I knew I could have a larger room.”

• Clean, spacious suite with large screen TV and comfy new beds.
• Nothing.

“The hotel is under renovation and had just remodeled the room we were staying in. The room was spacious, clean, and had a large screen HDTV. The free breakfast was adequate and was served in a meeting room. It was obvious the hotel had gone to a lot of trouble to set up and maintain this "transition" area. It was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

• Very dated and not especially clean.

“First room stunk from smoke. Was told all non-smoking rooms were booked, so I had to have a smoking room. Both cushions on the couch had rips- at least 12 inches long- at the seams. After complaining, twice was put in a room with a broken hanger rail in closet and noisy due to water pipes in the wall- but at least it didn't smell.”

“This was our first time staying at Amerisuites. It was a great place to stay and we're grateful for the opportunity to spend the night there. I don't know if there is a limit to the number of people in one room, but our next-door neighbors were many and very rowdy late into the night. This does not alter my opinion of the hotel. It was great!”

• The hotel staff was some of the best I have ever been around - better than some 4 star hotels. Helpful, professional, like a full concierge desk.
• The room seemed a little "well-worn", but it was still clean.

• Coffee.
• Put us in a handicapped room. We are both very tall people and I asked to move ...never heard back; room had an oder; awful to have husband with me.

“I had just bragged to my husband that I had found out about my business travels; that I had stayed in some great properties for a lower than avg. business expense. Then had the occasion to have him with me at Amerisuites and it was terrible experience. Room was like being in a low budget hotel; hardly a mattress so soft. Room odd set-up as set for someone w/ disability. Sterile, nothing matched.”
