• Easy to locate on map.
• Food was very expensive for the clientele.

“Loved the comfort of the room, ease of location, and the price. Parking was convenient once I figured out which elevator to use. The restaurant was pretty expensive for the choices available - it was the first hotel I've stayed at that did not offer a baked potato on the menu!”

• I arrived on bicycle; asked desk clerk if bicycle in room was okay; answer--yes, or offered to store it.
• Elevators have a glass wall opening to the atrium; I'm afraid of heights; had to look at the opposite wall.

“Location is right in the middle of hustle and bustle, which is good. Staff is rock solid.”

• The hotel was convenient to my son's graduation and provided a shuttle service.
• The air conditioning did not work the first night.

• The glass elevators were cool.
• The pool was nice, but small.

“The hotel was beautiful, extremely clean and up-to-date. The room was extremely comfortable. The lobby was beautiful and welcoming. The location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the Michigan State campus.”

• Friendly staff, very clean, wonderful pool facilities, convenient location. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

• The linens were GREAT! The bathroom was spacous and CLEAN!
• The ice machines were rather scarce on ice......
