• Convenient, clean.

“Assigned room had no heat. reported to desk and they sent someone to fix it. Still wouldn't work so room re-assigned. Second room had no instruction book so no TV listings. Other than that stay was fine.”

• Location was great. Rooms were clean with up to date furniture and fixtures. Nice hotel.
• No negative comments - it was great.

“Nice accommodations, right off interstate, enjoyed that the hot tub was open late after a late arrival and needing to release stress from travel. Nice.”

• Accessible to Marta, major highway system, restaurants and Downtown Atlanta for business.
• The ceramic tile in the tub and shower area had mold on the walls and corners.

“My colleagues and I enjoyed our stay. We would be very happy to stay at the hotel again when we return to Atlanta for business.”

• The lady in the lobby was very friendly and welcoming.
• Location and the fact that the shower was gross.

“The hotel staff was friendly, but it was hard for us to enjoy our time when being out past dark. A strange man lurked in the parking with a duffle bag. The rooms were comfortable. The only issue I had with the room was the shower cleanliness.”

• The staff was very helpful in finding things to do in the area during my stay.
• I wish they would have had another guess computer available.

“I showed up at the hotel on Saturday right away the staff was very friendly and asked if there was any in the area to do the clerk immediately told me several things in the area. I and my daughter had a great time. The next morning when we came to the lobby they my daughter and I if we had a good time I feel I was great customer service and plan to stay there again the next time Im in the area.”

• Very clean and comfortable.
• Housekeeping times a bit sporadic.

“Very comfortable and clean hotel. Very well kept lobby and dining area. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Would stay again.”

• Location, friendly staff.
• Bleach stains in hall, handle falling off on closet, sheets not pressed.

“We stay at the Marriott courtyard in Waltham, ma and it is a top notch hotel. Away clean and neat. Exceptional staff. Marriot courtyard, Marietta is listed as renovated in 2005-2006. I would not have wanted to see it before renovation. Sheets were not as crisp as Waltham. Also, the price at Waltham is comparable.”

• Very neat and clean.
• Third floor hall was very hot, A/C in the hallway was not working.

“This was a very clean and well kept hotel. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. The only inconvenience was the third floor hall A/C unit was not working and it was very stuffy and hot. Noise was a problem. Walls were not soundproofed very well.”
