• Walking distance to everything.
• No parking had to park 3 blocks away.

“Only one small pay parking lot on premises. Big football game in town. Had to park 3 blocks away. When leaving at end of stay. Parking garage was closed and locked. Took an hour for hotel staff to find someone to let me out.”

• Location was great. Walking distance to restaurants.
• Housekeeping was horrible.

“First stay with this hotel. Staff was not particularly friendly at all. Housekeeping did not come to clean room until 5pm and by then, I told them not to bother. Next day, hung the sleeping, do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeping called to see if I was still in the room. That was the point of hanging the card on the door.”

• Extremely dark, no storage space.

“Built in stupidity, designed by a dark and brooding "moth" juvenile, does not allow any shelf or drawer space; not enough light to even read a paper. Dark lobby & reception, hallways, elevators where the buttons are impossible to read (no light). Extremely narrow & dark hallways contribute to the claustrophobic feeling. TV is so tiny it's a feat to watch it from bed unless you are a teenager with 20-20 vision. All in all, a total disappointment.”
