• Very convenient, nice pool, good bed.
• TV screen had a green color to it, I tried to fix it but I think it was broken. Some bulbs were blown.

• Indoor pool.
• Bathrooms too small.

“Very friendly staff. Rooms could be more attractive. Curtains were worn. Some of our rooms had holes in floor (underneath clothes hangers).”

• The indoor pool.
• Shabby carpet, holes in shower, police sitting outside, noisy corridors.

“We picked this hotel based on your ratings and what others had said. We were shocked to see it certainly wasn't as nice as you promoted it to be. The only redeeming quality was the indoor pool which my kids enjoyed. But the presence of police outside and the noisy corridors didn't make me and my family feel secure. There was a hole in the shower and the beds were not comfortable, the pillows too hard.”

• Hotel staff were friendly.
• Indoor swimming pool and hot tub--not clean and poor temperatures. We were not able to use the pool.

“Was very unhappy to learn that the room we paid $66 per night was only $50 per night for rest of the guests. Booked for the use of the indoor pool and water was too cold to swim. Water was clear, but top of the water was dirty.”

• The staff was wonderful and very helpful.
• It needed a few minor repairs such as door frames etc.

“The hotel overall was good. The staff was great. The only problem was that the web page had some wrong information on it. It needed to be updated.”
