• Convenient to visit family and to area restraunts.
• The odor of cigarettes.

“Nice, okay stay - employees - need to be more informed of area eatery's. Didn't care for breakfast food and odor of cigarettes - when open door to hallway and entering from outside. We had stayed there last march-the rates are better now!”

• The room was clean and quiet.
• No DVD player in room.

“The room was okay. The beds were a little hard but tolerable for one night. The exercise room was a joke with a broken treadmill and some old rusty dumbbells. The vending machine didn't work right. The breakfast offered few healthy choices with plenty of plain bagels, waffles, and sugary cereals but no wheat toast or bananas.”

• The lobby and the room excellent.
• Couldnt get additional pillow, no recliner.

“Would have been most happy to get additional pillow for my husband I gave him one of mine. He had to use the bedspread folded to prop up so he could sleep-he had a bad cold. Need recliner in room. This would help make it perfect-had same size room at Hilton but nice chairs. Also we did ask at the desk for additional pillow after hrs, they never got back with us on that. There was a snack bag in the room. When we arrived-also nice touch! Thanks.”

• The location was good and it had a clean pool.
• The mattresses were like stone.

“Over all the hotel was good. However we will not stay at a Quality inn again because the bed were so hard we could not get a good nights rest and were sore ever morning.”
