• The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable.
• There was an opaque glass block window in our room that did not have a curtain and let in the streetlight and morning light.

“The hotel was nice and quiet.”

• The bed.
• No microwave or mini-fridge.

“It was a nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay. I do think there should be a microwave and mini-fridge in the rooms though.”

• The location of the hotel in regards to attractions.
• Being placed in a handicapped accessible room without being informed.

“The hotel was very nice, with great employees. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and responsive to our requests. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.”

• Hotel staff members were excellent. All problems taken care of very quickly, and the room was awesome.
• The area that the hotel is in is not the greatest. Good places to eat, but a little on the shady side.

“Overall very satisfied with this hotel. Our TV did not work when we got to the room, but the maintenance man was there before our bags dropped. The TV was replaced, and we had no other issues. Breakfast was good but not great, and the bar was good. Check in and check out were easy.”

“Our hotel stay was wonderful. The staff was very nice & friendly. Only drawback was the final day we were there, they allowed us to stay for late check out until 2:00pm. However, the housekeeper came to our room at least four times knocking on the door, the first time even walking in on us.”

• The room was nice. Free wireless internet was great, too.
• Did not mail back to me an item I accidentally left there.

“I enjoyed my stay at the Crowne Plaza. The room was nice, with simple parting gifts for the stay. The room was clean and the room amenities were sufficient. I particularly liked having the free wireless internet access.”

• It was clean and very romantic.
• The WiFi and Internet system went down for about 2 days and I could get my work done.

“Overall, I loved it. I didn't enjoy seeing a burnt down building beside the hotel, it was an eye sore. Also, I did not like the directions, they were wrong and I had to stop and ask a police officer for directions.”

• When it rained the rain dripped on the carpet in the common areas.

• Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating.
• Unable to block (very) adult content that was on HBO.

• Quiet location, close to restaurants.
• Bathroom small, especially tub, mattress very soft and uncomfortable.

“Very nice hotel, good location, and friendly staff. Biggest complaint was the mattress. It was very saggy and uncomfortable, especially for a 3-star hotel.”

• Room decor: Furniture, pictures, color scheme. Shower heads were great too!
• Did not have complimentary continental breakfast.

“We had a wonderful stay at the Crown Plaza hotel in Marietta. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. The room was tastefully decorated in warm and inviting colors and also had nice furnishings. I was happy to see that checkout was not until noon so asking for late checkout was not necessary. One of the beds was droopy as if the mattress was worn in the middle but since we had two beds, we slept in the other one which was very comfortable. Pillows were comfy too. Another plus was the shower head; just the right pressure and spray amount. Besides the droopy mattress, the only other disappointment the phone. It had quite a bit of static when talking on it; like the cord may need changing. Overall, a wonderful visit that I'd gladly do again.”

• Room, bed, & location.
• Housekeeping! Also being put between groups of people 7 of 9 nights!

“This was a nice hotel, however 7 of my 9 night's rest were disturbed by the placement of people on both sides of me who kept running between rooms at all hours of the day. I thought I'd be granted the same respect as any other guest. For those reasons.”

• Friendly staff.
• Television had problems working.

“Wallpaper paste on wall behind bed. TV did not work I had fixed, then did not work again the next day. I reported to front desk. The breakfast for selected members is really nice especially the pretty lady that runs it. She is always so friendly and remembers me from previous stays.”

• Nice decor, right off the interstate, clean, comfortable.
• Had an issue with room key not working, but hotel fixed.

• Large room, clean, well decorated, linens comfy cozy.
• The handle on the shower broke maintenance up to fix in less than five minutes though!

“Located right off the highway, nice friendly staff, answered all our questions. Close to Downtown Marietta a cute little square with shops and restaurants. We cruised to a place on the square called Three Bears, which had great vegetarian options, was very affordable too! The hotel was update, clean, and comfy!”

• The staff and food service were very good & friendly.
• Location was awful! Scary, run-down neighborhood.

“Hotel looked very nice, but had "hidden" problems. For instance, I had a handicapped room since I am on crutches with a broken ankle. The shower seat was unsafe -brackets pulling out of the wall. There were no shelves or countertops in the bathroom, but that was the only mirror! No mirror anywhere else in the room. When we first arrived, the toilet was dirty as well. The TV remote did not work. The bed and easy chair were very comfortable. The lobby and restaurant were very nice.”

• All the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly.
• The public areas were a bit in need of repair (baseboards worn, old paint, etc.).

“The Hotel has seen better days; rotted wood in numerous areas, peeling wall-paper and worn paint. The room was very nice; recently redone- however, it was right next the Rewards Courtesy Suite and tended to be noisy, as breakfast was served there from 6:30am to 10:30am.”
