• Staff and manager were very friendly.
• Under renovations and didn't know it.

“Nice and clean hotel. Under renovations so no swimming pool to use. Normal pricing of breakfast is very high. Better continental provided by Holiday Inn for free.”

• The rooms were newly remodeled.
• All common areas were under renovation.

“ The hotel was easy to get to. The staff were are pleasant, friendly, responsive and professional. The room was newly remodeled and nicely decorated. The property is undergoing renovation. The work on the rooms has already been completed, and they look nice. The pool is out of service though as it is being used for the hotel reception area, snack sales, business center and a free continental breakfast.

• Very comfortable and staff was very friendly.
• Pool was cold and no hot tub.

“We were able to get an early check in which was fantastic for us! The staff was extremely friendly! Rooms were nice and comfortable and there is a nice courtyard in the middle. The offered free coffee in the morning which was great. Breakfast seemed pretty pricey there so we went elsewhere. The pool was really cold the day we arrived. My friend turned it up and by the next day it was much better!”

• The staff and ease of check-in along with comfort were all important to me.
• No pets were allowed.

• Great Road Warrior Hotel - Great location.

“If you travel a lot and have the budget to use an up scale hotel, then I recommend this hotel. Good location, clear and quite. Internet connection was fairly quick.”

• The room was wonderful.. king size bed, the bathroom location, the superior television.
• No refridgerater in room.

• Newly remodeled and courteous staff.
• Large patch of mold showing through newly painted ceiling in room. Must not have taken care of problem first.

“Our first room had mold patch on ceiling above bed staff moved us to new room. Wonder what other nasty health problems were just covered up during remodel. Rooms had nice new HD TV's but terrible pictures on both with no access to fix hook-up/set- up issues. Very expensive breakfast. We ate out.”

• The quiet atmosphere so that we could rest.
• The 24 hour period that the fire alarm kept going off.

• The staff was super, the room were nice and very convenient to get to the restaurants.
• No elevator, no restaurant, view was gloomy from our room.

• Rooms were clean. Location was convenient.
• No elevator to the 2nd floor. Pool could have been better cleaned/maintained.

“Overall, this hotel was fine for our trip. We were there to visit the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. The location was convenient. The main things we were not satisfied with was the fact that there was no elevator to the second floor. It was quite inconvenient having to carry luggage to and from our room. The only other problem was the cleanliness of the pool. We took swimsuits but did not use the pool. The area around the pool and the pool itself were quite nice, however, staff could have done a better job skimming the pool for debris. Other than that the hotel was good.”
