“The staff was excellent, we and to change rooms because when we got to ours the door was open and the toilet wouldn't stop running. I would only recommend this hotel for very short stays.”

• Pool was nice, close to Ballpark.
• Room was very small, bathroom was very small.

“Hotel staff/reception were exceptional. Waitress in the restaurant was great, food was good. Pool was nice, clean, not overpowered with chlorine. The only problem was that the room was small. The bathroom in the room was very small too. We weren't able to see the kids in the tub if the door was open or even wash them while the door was open. We had a corner room, I suspect it is smaller than most.”

• The desk staff was very helpful, kind and courteous.
• The price of the breakfast in restaurant was too high.

“Everyone from the valet staff to the cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant stay. I would and have recommended this hotel to others.”

• Our rooms were obviously not cleaned very well.

“The hotel was in an excellent location. We ate in both restaurants and were happy with the food and service. Our rooms were disappointing in that there were items of personal matters that were left by the previous occupants that were a little disturbing. Obviously, the housekeepers didn't do a very good job.”

“Stayed at the Hyatt for my last night in Ohio, because I was finishing a business trip in the area. I stayed here for its proximity to the airport and Paul Brown Stadium. Went to see the Saints, my team, take on the Bengalis. The staff was outstanding and their professionalism was unmatched. Was a Hyatt employee for many years and the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati team truly did exceed the expectations of this guest. Well done, and thank you for treating the New Orleans Saints with such respect.”

• The parking was $20 a night. Restaurants a little over priced.

“Bellman was very helpful, offered directions, very quick service for valet. Walking distance to many downtown restaurants.”

• Not much on the TV for young children.

“This is a very nice, clean hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My family had a very nice time at the Hyatt-Regency in downtown Cincinnati. Close to both stadiums and downtown shopping.”

• No exhaust in bathroom. No convenient parking without charge.

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Check in and out was convenient. Need more amenities in the room itself, like no exhaust in bathroom or no refrigerator.”

• The valet parking staff was honest and my car was still there. My car was stolen before. Different hotel.
• Slow elevators.

• Glasses in the bathroom were not properly cleaned.

• Dated decor in elevators and rooms.

“Although the hotel room was a little dated (gold fixtures, 80's wall paper), the room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and the lobby area is beautiful.”

• The hotel looks like it needs some slight updates.

• We didn't get a room until 6:30 even though check in is at 3.

“The hotel was nice, but they didn't have our room ready until 6:30. You also have to pay for parking, which I'm not used to doing at a hotel.”
