  • The staff were kind.
  • The room and the used colors.

“You could walk from the one to another hotels.”

  • The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean.
  • The hot water handle came off in my hand, the toilet kept running, and the shower head wouldn't move.

“The hotel was in a fantastic place to be able to walk to where you were going. We had problems with some of the bath fixtures but when we told them about them at check out, the took our dinner from the night before that we charged to the room, off. We will definitely stay here again.”

  • Convenient downtown location, great view.
  • Bathroom size.

“We loved the hotel and it's location. We were in town for a couple of reasons, but one was to attend the Bengals-Steelers game, hotel location made it easy to walk to game. I'm pretty picky and I will say this hotel was super clean as was our room. We had a queen room in the corner of the building - room was a little small, but nothing to complain about as our bed faced the window with a great view. The only thing was our bathroom was a little small. However, I think it had to do with our room being located where it was and not the entire hotel as our friends said there bath was fine. Overall, it is a nice hotel!”

  • Staff were very friendly.
  • Parking was inconvenient and expensive. Room floors were dirty.

“Not my favorite hotel in downtown Cincinnati. Self parking (once you figure out where it is) is almost as expensive as valet. My kids socks turned black from walking on the room floors. Every staff member we encountered was wonderful to us however.”

  • Friendly, comfortable, well located hotel in the Cincinnati area.
  • Inconvenient parking which was not cheap and cost was not clear until checkout.

“Our stay was a pleasant one and met our expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful while the facility was clean. It needs a bit of updating and would well worth the cost due to the convenient location.”

  • The friendly workers helping us in various things.

“The location was great to the downtown area. The beds were very comfortable and we didn't hear too much during the night. Also the staff was very attentive and helpful.”

  • Good location, mostly friendly.
  • Pay for internet at 3 stars! Three towels, had to ask for more.

“Mostly a very nice place to stay. But at this start level, business travelers should not have to pay to use the internet. Wireless access is so cheap; this should be included in the room. It aggravated me to have to call the desk to ask for more towels. When I reserved, I indicated there would be 4 of us, so why wouldn't they put more towels in the room and after my call, it took 20 minutes and another call to actually get them. Unacceptable at this star level.”

  • Location.
  • I asked if they had a free Internet service center & they said no. The smaller hotels have it.

“Hotel location was great. Champs bartender Jason was very nice & helpful. The bellboys & front desk was very nice & helpful also. Great price for a 2 night stay. Look forward to returning.”

  • Room outdated, poor airconditioning, TV old and did not work.
  • Clean with good beds, just outdated

“Needs a make over. TV old, poor airconditioning unit. Nice location and a good price. The price comes with the condition of the rooms.”

  • Room and service.
  • No Vending Machines for late night snack. Parking not validated.

“Great service. The price for a shot of alcohol was not good Karma $6.66. Service was very good and I would stay there again. There is no vending machines for after hours snacks. No Free Wi-FI.”

  • AC worked really well in the room.
  • Didn't like that wireless and hotel parking was extra!

“Good hotel with small but modern room. Bath rooms were a tad small but very clean with lots of towels. Didn't appreciate having to pay extra for internet wireless and car valet.”

  • Loction was great. Down town and near the stadium.
  • Parking charges were way out of hand. Costly for parking.

“We had a nice time. The staff was outstanding and very helpful..”

  • Two comfortable chairs in the room.
  • Finishes were a little tacky.

“Attractive interior design, both in the lobby and in the room.”

  • The location of downtown was within walking distance to everything.
  • Thought it may be a little over priced for the room.

“The location was great and staff was very friendly but the room was not any better than some of the cheaper places I've stayed.”

  • Very friendly staff and the valet parking. Skywalk to mall and convention center.
  • The Champ's restaurant had limited food choices compared to other champs and the food was overpriced and terrible service.

“The staff was very helpful and friendly. One staff member printed out directions to a restaurant that my husband wanted to go to - the Original Larosa's Pizza. The hotel has a skywalk and is attached to the mall and convention center. The hotel has a great valet parking and is only 5 bucks more than to park all day. When we needed extra towels, they were brought right away. The kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub (not too hot for them - kept at lower temperature I guess). Besides one bad experience at the Champ's restaurant there - overpriced, terrible selection compared to their other chains, and turtle slow service. The hotel was a good choice for us to experience the city before heading to Kings Island the next day. If you have kids - you have to go to the Bicentennial Park - beautiful, great play parks (2 minutes away), you can watch the barges and boats go across the river and take the bridge - walk on it to the other-side and eat on the levy - restaurants and another mall. You will see a very clean kept gardens and trails, can rent 4 seater bikes too. Across the bridge that you yourself walk on over the river is another mall. In the mall there is also a Game Place - great for kids and adults - good food too.”

“Loved everything about our stay. Beautifully maintained property with excellent staff.”

  • Location to my destination.
  • Room was nothing spectacular.

“For the price that Priceline got for the hotel, it was very good. Nice room, but nothing fantastic. But, it was clean and neat. Other areas of hotel were clean as well. Would stay there again but would not pay full price for a room. Not worth full price.”
