“The hotel was very nice and I would definitely stay there again. The customer service was great! I accidentally washed my husband's contacts down the drain, we called the desk and a maintenance guy was up to our room in less than five minutes to see if the contacts were in the trap of the drain pipe. Again, excellent service!”

“Met our expectations. The staff was super friendly. We could hear people in the hallway, but it was right after a Bengals game and there were a few rowdy people in the halls. Normally, I don't think you would be able to hear average guests.”

“I was nervous about the quality of the hotel based on reviews I found on other wed sites. Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly demeanor of staff and the trendiness of the facility- especially for the price. Overall, my family enjoyed their stay and found the hotel accommodating and friendly.”

“This hotel would have likely been lovely had it not been undergoing a major renovation during our stay. Nowhere was there any information regarding this - the concierge lounge was unavailable, one of the bars was unavailable - many areas were clearly under construction - very unfortunate that we had no idea until we arrived. The staff was however extremely friendly and helpful.”

“Room temp was 60 degrees upon arrival in room pay per view was not functional during my stay.
Bellman went off duty before bringing my bags to my room.
I had to call after waiting for quite some time.
Toilet ran consistently. Poor maintenance checks by cleaning staff.”

“The hotel was very warm and inviting as were the staff. The room itself was very nice with a great updated TV and fantastic views of the Cincinnati skyline. The furniture and vanity in the bathroom were very classy and I really appreciated the way the staff regarded my wife and I. i.e. it was my pleasure.”

“Can't say enough great things about this hotel. The lobby is beautiful. The staff was very helpful and courteous and determined to make our stay pleasant. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious. And the views were simply awesome, particularly at night! I highly recommend this hotel.”

“The Marriott is a terrific place to stay that is convenient for both the Covington and Cincinnati areas. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and the quality of the lobby and public spaces was outstanding and inviting. We would have enjoyed having Wireless internet available in the rooms or the public spaces near our room, but that was the only shortcoming of the facility.”
