- Outdated, dingy, unkept appearance.
“I felt as if I had gone back in time; no alarm clock, no internet access in the room, cigarette burn mark on fixtures (toilet, tub, sink, dresser). I was told only smoking rooms available (which really smelled), but noticed several non-smoking rooms that remained vacant during my stay. Had my family been with me, I would have been willing to lose the money I spent and gone to stay somewhere else.”
