• Very strong cleaning product smell.

“The hotel was clean but had a very strong smell of cleaning products. I kept my suitcase in the car so that they would not smell. The beds are firm and new, but they only used flat sheets on the mattress so if you move around much in the night you end up on bare mattress. The continental breakfast was very skimpy. The staff was very friendly and it is a good location. If staying in Bainbridge, I would only stay here or at the Jameson and Days Inn was half the price of the Jameson next door.”

• We have stayed there quiet a few times and we were very pleased.
• Not enough TV channels, uncomfortable chairs for just sitting.

“Like I said we were very happy and comfortable for all the times that we stayed there. We have stayed about 5 times this year. We have never went to the breakfast area. But anytime we get in Bainbridge. We will be staying there again.”

• Clerks were friendly.
• Lot of transients and the rooms were horrible.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, roaches in room, then spiders, fixtures broken and not repaired. Also saw possible drug dealing going on, the only good thing about the hotel was the TV set.”

• Clean, convenience. We stay there every trip there.
• Very little.

“I think that the carpet needs to be changed out. It just doesn't feel clean under your feet. Also more comfortable chairs to sit in.”

• Good television channel selection.
• Room not clean, terrible parking, amenities not as described.

“I chose this hotel for convenience, but was sorely disappointed with room cleanliness, parking, lack of customer service, and an overall inadequate hotel. I will not stay here again.”

• Very clean, spoke English, location, real coffee, breakfast.
• Sign-in receptionists.

“There was a problem with the sign-in procedure, a misunderstanding. After 9 hrs of driving it was a little aggravating, but after that my experience was very pleasant. We will be returning to this hotel on our future visits.”

• The manager was very helpful in providing directions.
• Some of the furniture was scarred.

“It was very convenient and comfortable for our purpose. The manager provided excellent service in printing directions to our destination.”
