• The location was very convenient to restaraunts, stores and Falcon Field Airport.
• Room was outdated (carpet ripped, etc.) and not as clean as I prefer.

“This is a good hotel for a tired traveler or as a business stayover. The room was not as clean as I would like and I constantly forced myself not to look at the noticeable dirt in corners,bathroom, etc.”

• Close to the locations desired.
• Non-smoking rooms were clearly smoked in. Stinks!

“The room we were assigned was full of cigarette odor even though we specifically requested a non-smoking room. Pool filter turned off and pool full of bugs and leaves. Would not use again. Rather pay 20-30 more a night and get some quality.”

• Clean, convenient.
• Room confusion, gave us a suite, but charged us for it.

“First room we got, was locked and couldn't get in. Second room, lights didn't work. So they gave us a suite. Was told no extra charge. When we checked out, charged us $5 more than quoted price. Was told we had to contact manager on Monday”

• The location, availability of food to the hotel.
• No sheets or extra pillows for the "queen bed".

“However, we arrived later in the evening and relaxed on the sofa for a while. I pulled out the couch to find no sheets or pillows. I called the front desk but was told I would have to come and get them. That was not going to happen at 11:30 at night. So I therefore had to sleep between two blankets that I managed to find in the drawers. Customers should be told at the front desk so I would have a decent bed to sleep in.”

• Large room.
• No free wi-fi.

“It was a handicap room which was a little strange, but we accepted it due to the great price. The hotel was a little off the "beaten path" but it was very clean and friendly.”
