• Location.
• Difficult to get in and out with luggage from parking lot.

“Convenient in Peachtree City and the hotel was clean, and comfortable but I did not think it was a 3.5 star hotel.”

• Nice staff.
• Unconvenient parking access, rooms need maintenance.

“The toilet broke at my 1st room. I was switched to the one next door quickly. It was good. The ladies at front desk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Business center charges money for using the computers which was odd. Not too expensive though the parking access was at behind which was not convenient. I ended up parking my car at front and then went back to load up my luggage from front when checking out.”

• Nice rooms.
• Staff was not helpful; especially with getting around hotel was difficult.

“The room and facility was nice. The staff was not friendly and not helpful. They didn't explain how to get to the room from the hotel parking lot, very convoluted. When I called to ask about places to eat around the area, they said they had a paper that listed them all and that it was at the front desk. When I asked if they could bring it up, they seemed hesitant. A 3 star hotel would have offered to bring it to me. When I called to ask about something else, the lady that picked up the phone was laughing about something with someone else = completely unprofessional. I was disappointed with the staff.”

• View was not that great overlooking a court yard of trees.

• It was very nice and clean kind of attractive and also very peaceful.
• There should be a refrigerator and microwave.

• Rooms were nice and lots of recreation at this hotel.
• It did not have free breakfast and the breakfast buffet was too expensive.

“This overall was a nice hotel that had lots of recreation and for us it was great to have the tennis courts since we were there for a tennis tournament.”

• I really liked the interior lay out of the hotel. The lobby was very well decorated. Our room was very nice and cozy.
• I did not like the parking lot in relation to the hotel. It was difficult to find a parking spot close to the lobby.

“My overall experience at the hotel was great. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The patio was a nice addition and allowed an extra extension to the room. We did not get in the pool, but it looked very inviting.”

• My daughter chose it because she likes the pools - we have stayed before.
• Has a gym, including pools that members who are not hotel guests can use.

“This is our second time staying at the Wyndham. We like the location and the amenities.”

• Beautiful dcor.
• Wireless access was confusing - is it free or not? they said so, but I got charged.

“I always love the Wyndham Peachtree. Clean, comfy, pretty lake nearby, lots of shopping and restaurants close at hand.”

• I liked the balcony attached to the room and the view that you get as well.
• I didn't like the "business" look of the rooms. They seemed kind of boring to me.

“This hotel overall was pretty good. I enjoyed my stay, it was comfortable and clean which I like. It wasn't conveniently located; it was kind of set off in its own little area. I know that it's a conference center mainly accommodating business travelers but to me the rooms were a little boring.”

• Check in and out only took 5 minutes or less.

“I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I got there my room key and reservation was already confirmed, and my room was alway nice and clean.”

• Guest parking lot did not have enough lighting for personal safety.
