• Clean, spacious room and bathroom.
• Lumpy mattresses.

“Conveniently located near the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati International Airport; accessible with free 24 hour airport shuttle. Rooms are especially spacious for a hotel in this class.”

• More then I expected, just beautiful.
• Water bottles for sale in room.

“Everything was up to date and lovely. The pool was pristine and spacious. The common area was well decorated. The king size bed and pillows were so comfy. We would love to stay at Courtyard again any time.”

• Convenient to my business needs and comfortable, clean and safe.
• Food and drinks were pricey as was beverage /snack center.

“Met my needs for business travel, was clean comfortable and safe. Good breakfast buffet. Bottled water in the room was grossly overpriced at $4.00. Water should be complimentary. Overall, I was very pleased.”

• The room was clean.
• The hotel staff was awful and talked down to you.

“The hotel staff was very rude. Actually told me that we'd be kicked out without warning if we are loud. And that it's a 250 dollar fine if we smoke. I signed the paper about that; I didnt need to be told again.”

“Pl recording said that hotel handled bed requests. Staff said that to process that request would mean that they must charge more. Big hassle for what should have been a routine request.”

• Centrally located to restaurants and attractions.
• Bathroom sink stopper did not work correctly. I fixed it without calling the front desk.

“The hotel room had a pleasant appearance as it featured new carpeting and nice furnishings. I had a pleasant night sleep as the mattresses were extremely comfortable mattresses and the air conditioning worked well in a quiet manner.”

• No Continental Breakfast on weekend.

“Easily driven to, just off I-275. Exterior well kept. Immediate attention upon check in. Room spacious, cool and clean. Business district location so not large selection available close by for dining. Pool available. Waiting room. No continental breakfast included in with stay. Free coffee was available. Dining in house for breakfast for $9/person.”

• It was very clean and outstanding service even at midnight.

“The hotel sent a shuttle to the airport as soon as I called (at midnight), and had my check-in nearly complete by the time I got to the hotel. Very impressed by the restaurant, service and rooms.”

• Great room with wonderful pool and clean facilities.
• Wish they had beast buffet like stay bridge suites.

“Stayed here one night with kids after attending a Cincinnati reds game. The reds disappointed but the hotel did not. Wonderful facilities. Great pool, workout area. Looks like they had just renovated to new courtyard standards. Only wish they had a breakfast buffet like stay bridge suites.”

“If you don't have a laptop, there is no computer access for you. Unlike the other courtyard by Marriott in Florence, key, only 10 min. Away.”

“Upon entering the room there was a piece of candy on the floor in plain view, had been there for some time and it remained there the entire stay. Housekeeping failed to leave me soap one day and coffee another. The coffee pot could use replacing as it was dirty. There was one dirty coffee mug that remained dirty all week. The hotel was quiet but the level of cleanliness was sub par. I would seriously doubt I would stay here again, as the things you can see were dirty, what else that you could not see that was?”
