• Priced right. No surprises. Confusing access.
• Difficult to navigate to. Distressed parking lot.

“One night stay. Priced right. Usual hotel cobwebs behind TV stand and night stand. Clean sheets, with stains on 1 bed of 2. Nice pillows and extra towels. HBO, ESPN, PBS, etc. 15" TV older Guest Laundry and Fitness Center, I visited neither. Outdoor pool closed. Free breakfast.”

• Super friendly staff throughout.
• Could not locate latch on door leading into pool area.

“Solid purchase for the monies. Nothing grandious but clean with good and a
friendly service. Breakfast typical of offerings at similar places. If you like cereal, toast, or waffle, go for it. Front office people WERE ALWAYS HELPFUL.
Warmly greeted upon arrival. When we needed directions)and spoke whenever we returned and went through lobby.”

• Staff was very freindly. They did a great job being hospitable.
• Run down, in need of remodel, too much enviromental noise.

“Lobby was nice but rest of it was somewhat run down. Poor front desk clerk had to man front desk and breakfast area in the morning which was nearly impossible, breakfast area was often very cluttered and messy and low on everything. Side door to the hotel that required key entry was broken and reported and remained broken, allowing anyone access to the interior of the hotel.”

• It had a refridge and microwave.
• The grass was almost like a jungle and cigarette smoke in hall way.

“If you want a decent price on a room near the airport then this is for you but from the outside it looks horrible grounds not kept up at all and the so called wireless service never worked for me but the help desk number they give you tried to help but I must of been the only one having trouble
because others were not having any problems other than that not bad for the price would not stay there again how ever.”

• Staff was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.
• Carpeting, paint, etc. need refreshing.

“Staff was courteous, architecture is 80's and it doesn't look like carpet has been replaced more than once or twice since then. Walls could use a fresh coat of paint in hallways. Rooms were generally better, and show expected wear and tear for this level of hotel. A good value overall and well-located for attractions in the Cincinnati/Northern KY area.”

• It was very clean.
• I was to have a king and got a queen size bed.

“I did not see the need to tell the clerk I was to have a king size bed. I'm sure it was to be noted. The key card did not work very well. I had to have it swiped again by the clerk. I wish we could go back in time!”

• Bed was very comfortable, good location,
  clean room and
  quiet..
• The continental breakfast needed improvement, they couldn't keep up with the demand and they didn’t offer much variety.
  

“Overall, we had a great stay in this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and close to where we were going. I would stay again.”

price. The room was nice but could have been cleaner. The hotel is in the process of remodeling and my take is that we stayed in a older section of the hotel.”

• Very nice room.
• Noisy at night, door slamming kept me awake.

“Very nice room, clean, good water pressure in the shower. Very comfortable bed, like brand new. The only negative was that the doors slammed very loud and there was a lot of this after midnight. This was enough to prevent me from coming back.”
