• Room was clean and comfortable.
• Food for purchase rather than complimentary breakfast.

“Hotel was clean and nice, but staff used bad judgment in placing us in a room beneath a family with active children(running around constantly) even though we asked for a room with no one above us and was told there was no one there.”

• Ease of check-in and check-out; easy access to public computers.
• The indoor swimming pool and whirlpool spa were unavailable for use due to no heated water.

“We would stay at this hotel again if in the area, and we got a good price. It was clean and relatively quiet (it was during an off-time and not heavily booked). If you have children, the indoor pool would be nice (when operational). There is an exercise room for the parents, too.”

“I was very pleased with this hotel. Clean, friendly, good location. The only thing I would have liked to have had was breakfast included. Over all, a very nice stay.”

“The hotel staff was very nice, the location was convenient to airport, mall, freeway, and the hotel was very clean. Not fancy but fit our needs on a trip to attend a family wedding.”

“Hotel was clean and friendly. Very surprised we had to pay for the breakfast, we didn't feel it was worth what they charge. Glad that I book it through priceline for half the normal price.”

• The rooms were clean, well-designed, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
• Limited television channels; only local channels, discovery, CNN and FOX were available.

“Comfortable, clean, well-organized rooms and friendly staff. Only reservations I have are the availability of certain minor expectations one would normally expect in a nice hotel. There was no iron or ironing board or blow drier. The television selection available without extra fees was limited to local channels, FOX, CNN, and the Discovery channel.”

• There was a miscommunication with staff about New Years Day breakfast hours.

“The hotel was a little hard to find off the interstate, but the room was nice with easily adjustable heating. The staff was very warm and helpful. I even found a hand written welcome note under the door the first morning! There was a bit of miscommunication with staff about New Years Day breakfast hours, but I was given a complimentary breakfast the following day.”

• Very friendly, helpful and polite staff. Clean and kept up.
• The hot tub was broken when we were there.

“I highly recommend this hotel. It was near the main highway, therefore easy to find. It was near shopping and restaurants. It was in a clean area of town. The staff was some of the nicest I have ever met at a hotel.”
