• The staff was amazingly friendly. The room was spotless.
• The location seems somewhat isolated, although there were businesses a mile or so away.

• Plenty of room, easy chair.
• Far too close to the interstate, traffic very noisy, no tissues, no shampoo, no complimentary breakfast.

• The staff was very friendly and the room was nice.
• The pool was suppose to be heated but was not.

“I like this hotel. The room was big and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, she even wrote us a note. This was good customer service. The only complaint I have about the hotel is that the pool was freezing and not being heated.”

• No outside pool, outside pools are better than inside pools.

• Beds were very comfortable and exercise room and pool were nice.
• Evening clerk at check-in was impersonal.

“This is a fine hotel and well-located. It is well-kept and reasonably priced. The breakfast would have been much nicer if it were not $10.”

• Very comfortable bed.
• Highway noise on one side of the hotel.

“I would be very happy to stay in this hotel again. The only thing I would do is request a room on the side of the hotel away from the highway. Otherwise, it was a fabulous room.”

• The bed was so comfortable and that is hard to find in a hotel.
• The bed skirt had a stain on it, not sure what it was.

“The staff was very friendly, and the bed was very comfortable, plus you had 5 pillows on your bed, which gave you enough so you could choose the one you wanted to sleep on. I would stay here again if I was in this area.”

• I dig the soothing sounds player by the bed - nice touch.
• Map quest's directions, while they did get me there, were way too complicated. There was a freeway exit right there!

• Did not have free breakfast.

“Overall facilities were clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Easy check-in and check-out. Easy access to interstate. Only major problem is they did not provide complementary breakfast.”

• The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.
• It was very noisy. My room faced the interstate. You could hear big trucks roaring by all night long.

“The hotel was conveniently located to many things in the area. It was very easy to find. However, the rooms facing the interstate were very noisy. You could hear the traffic all night long (especially the big trucks). If you stay here, ask for a room not facing the interstate.”

• The staff was very friendly and the hot tub/pool was fantastic!
• The breakfast buffet was too expensive! $9.95.

“The hotel was exactly what we were looking for with one exception. I would have liked to see a free breakfast. The buffet is a nice idea, but $10 a person is a little steep! The pool and hot tub were nice after a day of skiing and there were plenty of restaurants around to choose from.”

• It was a little hard to get to.

• Ran out of hot water during five minute shower.

“This hotel served its purpose for my trip; however, I have stayed at other 2.5 star hotels that had overall nicer ambiance. I didn't like that the breakfast buffett was 9.95. Most hotels now offer free continental breakfast.”
