• Very clean.
• Shower did not work and
  toaster did not work.

• The price and the kitchen.
• Not as clean as it could have been.

“Housekeeping should make sure that dishes are cleaned before the next customer moves in. The people that were there before us left dirty dishes in the cabinets.”

• If, I was staying there for a week, the full kitchen would be nice.
• There were no normal programs on TV.

“This would have been good for someone staying for an extended time. There was no hair dryer. Asked the front desk about the TV programs and she played dumb. It could not have been the first time someone asked. It was clean and if staying there a week or more, it would have been convenient to have a full kitchen.”

• Convenient location.
• Only one bed, having to get your own towels each day.

“Good for business travelers. Nice kitchen. Good location. Not the best for families traveling.”

• Its location was good.
• The room was dirty. Their was popcorn on the floor and the comforter was not clean.

“From the outside the hotel was OK, but the room was dirty. There was popcorn and cookies on the floor next to the bed. The comforter on one of the beds had a big spaghetti stain.”

• Refrigerator and microwave in room, comfortable beds.
• Had to clean AC filter myself - completely clogged - took to front desk - offered to clean, I suggested their housekeeping clean regularly.

“Good place to stay - lots of family action in pool, but quiet by 9:30 PM. Suggest you pull up AC filter and check for cleanliness - ours was clogged, but worked great after cleaning.”

• Good location. Lots of shopping centers and restaurants nearby.
• Pillows were somewhat flat; telephone buttons sticky.

“While this ESA is in a great location within easy reach of the interstate and restaurants and shopping, it is starting to show some wear. It could use some updating and thorough cleaning.”

• The bed was comfortable.
• The room smelled, dirty, dirty common areas, didnt feel safe.

“For a short stay, not for me. Smelly rooms, dirty areas, shower poor and tub slow to drain. No condiments for the coffee. Bed comfortable.”

• I really liked the kitchenette.
• Pretty small bathtub/shower. The comforters were a bit thin.

“My wife and I went to stay at the Extended Stay America in Florence as part of a marriage retreat. Despite the fact that we arrived in a snow storm, the staff got us checked in rapidly and our room was very nice and clean. In addition to to a small bathroom and a full bedroom, it had a nice little kitchenette with a toaster, microwave, range, and cupboards filled with basic dishes
