• The staff was friendly and very helpful. I felt as if they cared about my needs.
• My room looked as if it hadn't been cleaned-tub not clean-carpet not vacuumed.

• It was spacy had a kitchen.
• The air conditioning did not work!

“I wouldn't recommend this hotel because the air did not work, the room didn't have a great smell to it, and there was no continental breakfast.”

• Location of stores near it and ease to get to.

“We found it with no problems and had no problem checking in late at night and the staff were very friendly. Right beside it is a Meijers and Best Buy so you coiuld get whatever you needed for your stay. The room was spacious and very clean. Very close to main road for all our travel down there. I recomend this hotel for single to family stays.”

• Nice big room.
• Horrible Smoke Smell.

“Staff was very friendly. However, the smoking rooms shared the same floor as the non smoking. Even though our room was non smoking, it had a horrible stale smoke smell. I had a travel pillow which I took with me. When I brought it home, I had to throw it away due to the horrible smell of smoke. If anyone has a problem with smoke, I would definitely stay away from this hotel.”

• The staff made arrangements for me when I arrived very late.
• The bed was too soft. When I receive the key, no map to find room.

“This room is good for a long term stay, as it has a kitchenette and plenty of room. Plus it had free internet. The bed was soft for my taste.”

• The mattress and pillows were so comfortable, I didn't want to get up!
• The TV would sometimes get static on it.

“I have stayed at a few Extended Stay hotels before and was expecting the same quality, but the Studio Plus was better than I had expected. The bed was more comfortable than my own at home, I didn't want to get up! It was very spacious and clean. The shower had good pressure. The location was also nice, it was close to allot of stores and restaurants and right off the highway. A good hotel at a great price, I would definitely stay here again!”

• The hallways of the hotel smelled like a "low rent" apartment building. The mattress was difficult to sleep on because of the springs poking at me.

• The kitchen was very handy and the room was pretty large.
• Kind of dingy and a little worn down.

“The kitchen, TV, room size, and bed were all good. It was decently cleaned. It was nice to be able to pick up needed toiletries for free from the office. It is also nice to be able to sleep in and not worry about maid service interrupting or becoming impatient. The sofa bed mattress was old and ratty. It even had a cigarette hole burned into it. Bathroom wasn't immaculate. It is a real great place for a vacation where you want to make your own meals and have some room to spread out.”

• Lobby, hallways very unclean, needs remodeled.

“Staff was courteous but hotel and rooms need complete remodel. Location is prime but this hotel should be rated as a motel or less than a 1. I didn't even stay 1 night and checked out 3 hours after I checked in.”

• You have everything that you have at home.
• This hotel is not disabled people friendly!

“The manger was not friendly at all. My wife asked the manger way people were parking in disabled parking places with out stickers or plates that show that you are disabled, she didnt care. I was disabled and had to walk from a parking place that was far.”
