• The staff made arrangements for me when I arrived very late.
• The bed was too soft. When I receive the key, no map to find room.

“This room is good for a long term stay, as it has a kitchenette and plenty of room. Plus it had free internet. The bed was soft for my taste.”

• It was a nightly stay with wife and my younger kids, as I was taking a long drive.

• The hallways of the hotel smelled like a "low rent" apartment building. The mattress was difficult to sleep on because of the springs poking at me.

“Great airport location with a wide variety of dining options. Close to area shopping and restaurants.”

• The kitchen was very handy and the room was pretty large.
• Kind of dingy and a little worn down.

“The kitchen, TV, room size, and bed were all good. It was decently cleaned. It was nice to be able to pick up needed toiletries for free from the office. It is also nice to be able to sleep in and not worry about maid service interrupting or becoming impatient. The sofa bed mattress was old and ratty. It even had a cigarette hole burned into it. Bathroom wasn't immaculate. It is a real great place for a vacation where you want to make your own meals and have some room to spread out.”

• Lobby, hallways very unclean, needs remodeled.

“Staff was courteous but hotel and rooms need complete remodel. Location is prime but this hotel should be rated as a motel or less than a 1. I didn't even stay 1 night and checked out 3 hours after I checked in.”

• You have everything that you have at home.
• This hotel is not disabled people friendly!

“The manger was not friendly at all. My wife asked the manger way people were parking in disabled parking places with out stickers or plates that show that you are disabled, she didnt care. I was disabled and had to walk from a parking place that was far.”

• It was not well-kept and felt dirty.

“It is not kept up well and felt dirty because it was falling apart. It's spacious and nice having a kitchen, though.”

• It was an "Extended Stay" Hotel which is designed entirely for travelers who plan on an "extended" stay.

“No continental breakfast, no one at service desk on arrival and no shampoos or soaps. This would have been fine if I was expecting to stay at an 'extended Stay' Hotel, but I was not; nor were any of the other 17 individuals in my group. I had to get the entire group up extra early to go and spend money on breakfast that was expected at the hotel.”

• Old, not very clean, found a lighter in the couch.

“My family stayed as here as a stop over on our way to SC. It was fine to sleep there and MOVE ON! We brought our own sheets and covers as we have had a very bad experience in extended stay hotels before. This one wasn't as bad as the other, but still was not very good. Carpet was filthy, coffee pot had grime on it, even for the very cheap price, it was pretty bad. This should be rated a one star hotel- not a two star!”

• Convenient to shopping for groceries, due to the full kitchen services provided.
• Where the tub surround met with the tub, there was mildew.

“Other than the mildew on the bathtub, the hotel was nice. We traveled with small children, and the room was big enough to accommodate the baby's pack & play. There was a sofa bed and a queen size bed for the rest of our party. We were in an end room, and the room was kind of cold at times de to the high winds (snow & ice storm).”

• Close proximity to entertainment venues.
• Appeared to be hastily cleaned which is a problem.

“Overall, I would say it is a one star at best. Upon arrival, I noticed a half used bottle of shampoo in the bathroom along with a used bar of soap. These were the only toiletries. There was no remote for the TV and there was a used glass in the sink. The walls were thin which made the neighbors a constant noise.”

• It was in an ideal location and near restaurants and grocery stores and the airport, all at once.
• The bed was very uncomfortable. The linens were not very user friendly (rough, ill fitting, or tacky).

“This hotel is ideal for extended stay, particularly for any persons doing business in the Northern KY/Cinci area. No hotel shuttle from the airport, although taxi should be very reasonable. Walking distance from several good eateries and a great grocery store (Meijer). Fairly close to a mall, as well.”

• It was unclean, did not even provide coffee.

“I was extremely upset with this hotel. The girl attending the desk was doing a "triple shift" and looked it. She was nice enough but it just was not what a traveler would expect. We called in the am for a packet of coffee and were told they were out and were waiting for a truck to come in on Wednesday. We were there on a Saturday night. Against my better judgment, I stayed there because I had my 71-year-old mother who was really tired.”
