• Employees were great. Room was great! Enjoyed my stay, very quiet.

“Great rate. Just know, this hotel was a Holiday Inn, it is now a Home Suites Hotel. It is for extended stay guests, so they have microwaves and full size fridges with cabinetry in the room. The staff was friendly, and there are SO many things to do in the area. It is close to Cincinnati, so we took our kids to Kings Island, the Zoo, and many nice places to eat in the area. Especially Newport on the Levee. For a good price, good service, and a clean room, go to the HOME SUITES FLORENCE.”

“We arrived very late & very tired. The hotel WAS VERY HARD TO FIND! I called the hotel from my cell phone a the man answering the phone and helping me find the hotel was FANTASTIC! He got us there and was very helpful!”

“We were extremely dissatisfied with this Holiday Inn. It smelled like vomit in the hallway and room. It looked like someone spit tobacco juice on the walls. The lamp shade between the beds and the floor was stained and crusty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned.”
