• Great location, easy in and easy out, nice price.
• Thin pillows, hard matress, I will stay there again next year.

• The price, but that was about it!
• Hotel was ran down, I wouldn't stay again!

“This Hotel was ran down years ago! Side Entrance door was propped open for anyone to walk into at 1:00 AM in the morning. People in the parking lot partying also in their vehicles at 1:00 AM. The room itself was dirty, wallpaper peeling off the walls, The satellite TV worked on about half the channels, the others were frequently frozen up with clear weather outside. To sum things up, we won't be staying at this Hotel again! If it wasn't for the fact that I had driven 700 miles that day and made a prior reservation, I would have gotten back in the car and looked elsewhere for better accommodations!”

• Location.
• Poor internet access.

“The hotel was booked for a business trip and was selected primarily as it had wireless internet hookup for my work after hours. The wireless internet worked intermittently the first night and not at all after that thus stopping me from working as planned. It was detrimental to my business.”

• Location! Location! Location!
• Could have been a little more upscale.

“Overall, very good value. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was the best! Close to numerous restaurants, shops, etc. You could even walk to several. Close to downtown but, in an area that I would consider very safe. Very friendly, nice people! Easy to reach from the interstate, and re-enter.”

• Nice, Friendly Staff. Concrete floors underneath carpet made the room quiet.
• Musty Smell in the hotel, "Dried pee on the floor smell" in the bathroom.

“Stayed on the 2'nd floor. No Elevator, Had to lift my "luggage" up flight of stairs. The best thing about the hotel was that it was quiet. The floors are concrete underneath the carpet so that helped keep the noise down. The hotel had a annoying "musty" smell to it and there was a smell of "dried pee" in the bathroom. It was very convenient to the interstate and close to the mall and restaurants.”

• For the price I paid, it was exactly what I got.
• Check-out service was very slow.

“Again, this was a great hotel for the price I paid. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk immediately knew that I was coming in as a guest and set me up quickly. I thought the room was exactly what I expected for the price I paid. Most of it was clean, but some of the furniture was run down and peeling. I would definitely recommend this place to someone if they are looking for just a short stop by and a pleasant stay at a place that has a nice bed to sleep in.”

• Price was fairly low.
• It was ugly, dirty, hot and drains were clogged.

“This hotel has no elevator, they don't air condition any public area, continental breakfast from K-Mart, shower drain was clogged and the whole property was run down and dirty..”

• It was centrally located to our destination.
• It was minimally acceptable. Not very nice.

“Not a great deal for the money. No fringe benefits at all. Staff were VERY slow to respond (even just to check in). They came into our room to do service even though we specifically asked not to be disturbed.”

• Convenient to city and Interstate.
• Shabby and stale-smelling.

“Since I was only seeking a cheap room for an overnight stay in the Cincinnati area, this hotel fit the bill. It was bare-bones and not a place that I would have chosen if I needed to make an extended stay. Ya gets what ya pays for. The staff were very friendly, and the convenience to a major mall shopping center, the highway, and the city was perfect.”
