• It was close to the interstate.
• The TV didn't work properly and there was no iron or ironing board in the room.

“This place was supposed to be only two years old, but the paint was faded and the room smelled musty. There was a family in the room next to ours with children and we could hear them playing and apparently, they also had a dog. We could hear a dog barking. There was no iron in the room.”

• Friendly, courteous and helpful.
• Location relative to where I was traveling it was about 20 miles out of the way.
