• The view of the mountains is breath taking.
• There are not many places to eat supper.

“The motel is not far from the state parks. And they place to eat and see in warm springs is great.”

• Excellent location for traveled destination.
• Poor customer service from front desk person.

“Poor customer service from front desk person. Room was not adequately safe/secure. Especially for ground floor. Patio door could not be completely secured. Broken security bar. Asked front desk person to correct or provide alternate room. Person came and physically tried to secure door. Could not secure. Asked for maintenance person to repair. Stated this is weekend. Maintenance person won't return until Monday. Also stated "it's okay. Door should not be a problem¿. Since we were traveling with 3-year old grandson decided not to accept room since our security could not be improved nor did front desk person attempt to offer another room. Regardless, Whoever stayed in room (101) - unless/until maintenance repairs sliding patio door locks - would not be safe/secure in room. Recommend maintenance check/repair all sliding patio door locks/locking devices. No exceptions. This review is about The Best Western property (Warm Springs/Manchester). ”

• The hotel staff was wonderful. The rooms very nice, clean & very quiet.
• The waffle iron was broken.

“I would give this hotel & their staff 4 stars. My sister & I loved the service we rec'd.”

• Friendly staff and continental breakfast.
• Pool did not look clean enough to swim in.

“Compared to the other selection of hotels in the Call away Gardens area, this seemed to be the best quality for the money. It was in close proximity to several tourist destinations. Our room was clean and plenty spacious. We had a little balcony off or our room. Staff was very friendly.”
