• Cheap and great location.
• Hotel was kind of old and our room was in a different building than the pool.

“The hotel was nice, easy to find, and close to downtown, but without all the crazy traffic.”

• Friendly staff. Great location to downtown Street Ignace.
• Was not able to receive outside phone call late night. No one answered phone at motel reception.

“Economical hotel with pleasant atmosphere, great location to harbor, ferries, restaurants. Room was spacious, clean. Little amenities such as popcorn in lobby, bonfire at night with smores, all made for a enjoyable stay.”

• Continental breakfast and excellent housekeeping.
• Pillows were flat and sheets would not stay on the beds.

“Staff was friendly, hotel was clean and quiet, very pet friendly, good pool, on large acreage close to Mackinaw City without all the people; continental breakfast was good assortment.”

• The hotel was in a convenient location to the ferry, and downtown area.
• It needs an island and more than one toaster for the continental breakfast so people are not waiting for long.

“It is a clean hotel that served its purpose as a place for overnight stays. The room was cleaned daily and had a fresh clean smell. The continental breakfast was good, but it does need a different arrangement so guests can go around it quickly. Some guests were holding up the line with only one toaster.”

• Staff is friendly and helpful, room was a great deal and clean!
• Nothing much negative to say. My stay was excellent! Although the sink area is a bit small.

“I stayed at this hotel because of the value. The room was great. I got all the basic cable stations in with clarity, the phone worked without my requesting it to be turned out. Sometimes hotels don't do that for you unless you pay extra. Lots of storage for your belongings and much furniture for use (table w/chairs and a desk w/chairs). Comfortable and affordable. I was very pleased.”

• Close to the highway.
• Lost our reservation. Only given a room because they had 2 left.

“We were not real happy. Hotel lost our reservation, only gave us a room because I had proof that I made a reservation, and they had 2 rooms left. Had to upgrade to a suite because there were no regular rooms. Tried to make popcorn in the microwave in the room and popped a breaker. Hotel staff fixed after I walked down to the lobby, but it was an inconvenience. Went to request coffee at 6:30 AM and the lobby was closed and locked.”

• Close to activities. Indoor pool and spa, the price was decent for the room that we got. It was a nice place to stay for the weekend.
• Can't think of anything that I disliked about the hotel at all.
