• Location.
• Pool was indoor, but you had to walk outside to get to it.

“Nice place right in the middle of everything in Mackinaw City. Quiet and pleasant.”

• It was located in a convenient location.
• There was a shortage of parking space, close to our room.

“It was clean. Pool was warm and crowded. Breakfast was a nice variety.”

• Loved the location, right on the beach and we had an end room which was nice too.
• The woman who checked us in was rude, impolite and not friendly and welcoming at all!

“The continental breakfast area was way too small so everyone was cramped. However, the location of the hotel was really nice as was right on the beach.”

• It's location was great, and was on Lake Huron beach nice touch; decent breakfast.

“The room was like courtside with no view except a wall 3 ft away. It spoiled the romanticism I was going for. The hotel was unable to remedy the situation, and didn't seem to have reservations in order, as the clerk stated that they lost one incoming request and didn't know if a room switch would be possible!”

“The hotel was great. There was a problem at the time of check in with the accommodations. However, they were quick to find a reasonable solution & working with us to be sure we had what we needed.”
