• Help there with continental breakfast was delightful.
• Pool was not open.

• I was pleased with this hotel and there wasn't anything I didn't like.

• Had a refrigerator in the room.
• The room only had one bed. I was traveling with my sister. No HBO or movie channels.

• Children in room above us

“This was a great stay. Only problem was children running in room above us for hours at a time. When we called the front office at 10:00 p.m. they sent someone up and it did quiet down. Very good.”

• It was clean and convenient. We loved the spa and the pool. Friendly folks served us!
• There was nothing that we did not like about this motel.

“I recommend the Best Western Thunderbird Inn in Mackinaw City, MI. It is conveniently located near the docks so that you can access the ferry to Mackinac Island. The breakfast is wonderful with waffles, and all the fixings. The room is clean and very comfortable.”

“The hotel was in a relatively quiet location. It had a very nice indoor pool, which you had to go outside to reach. The breakfast was typical, but had an attendant always there.”
