• Great continental breakfast.
• Over charge on credit card.

“Customers need a receipt right after swipe, in order to see what was actually charged to card. I was over charged and a hold was on my entertainment money. It put a damper on my trip.”

• The room
  I asked was not ready. I received a upgrade to a suite because of the inconvenience.

“Forget Paris Hilton and their hotel chain. The Marriott is where you get quality service, superior rooms, and affordable rates. Let me say a little about the breakfast. The area had a huge flat screen, and fireplace. It was excellent. The lady in charge of the area was constantly cleaning and refilling. It was done so professionally and she kept the area spic and span clean. Very organized. Lastly, the room I had was marvelous.”

“Was very pleased with this particular hotel in Frankfort. Did stay at a Memphis Fairfield Inn the next two nights and the experience wasn't as good.”

• The bathroom was large and very well-lit.
• Housekeeping/Checkout time.

“The hotel was easy to find and check-in was quick. Checkout is at noon. I was traveling on business and my meeting was not until 12:30. Starting at 8:30 and every hour thereafter, the housekeeping staff would knock on my door, asking when I was checking out. If you plan on staying in the room past 8:30, I'd advise placing the "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door. The room was clean and there were quite a few channels on the TV. I would stay here again.”

• The Hotel Hallway and elevator was very warm.
• The exercise equipment needed maintenance.

“The Hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. The staff did call when entering the room to see if everything was okay. We did question not having a refrigerator and microwave, she was going to check and call back, which she never did.”

• Most everything.

“When we arrived with our 2 grandchildren, I asked for a room with two beds the lady at the desk quickly took care of my request, we have stayed at the Fairfield 3 or four times. The staff is always friendly and eager to please.”

“This is an extremely well located hotel but it's not the Hampton for just a few more dollars I will not stay in a Fairfield again.”

• Location, breakfast included, ambience, patio, clean, pool & exercise room.
• Some staff were very, very nice & others not as efficient & pleasant.

• The staff was friendly.
• The hotel is located on the west side of town.

“The hotel was decent for the money. We had a king size room that was clean. My problem with the room was it had a horrible smell. I think it is a result of the hotel once allowing smokers. The Jacuzzi was also out of order during our stay. The hotel is located on the West side with a majority of sit down restaurants being on the East side. A short drive away.”

• Just about everything at this hotel was very good. I'm well pleased.
• Can't think of anything.

“My wife and I were well pleased with everything about the stay. Friendly staff, clean, quiet, etc. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if needed.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very clean and very much in a convenient area.
• The pool area was very small. But still yet this would be a very good hotel for the business traveler.

“The hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent. They went out of their way to be helpful. The room and rest of the hotel was very clean. However, the pool area was small but that's ok. Overall was very satisfied with Fairfield Inn and Suites. I would definitely go back.”

• The room was very nice and roomy.
• The pool was really small!

“This is a nice hotel. The room was spacious, and it was good to have a (free) big breakfast. I have only two pretty small complaints: the pool is really small, resulting in my getting into an argument with the mother of two girls who were splashing all over the place and ended up kicking me; and the microwave in the breakfast room seemed to be running with the door open, which I found rather scary!”

• Desk staff was friendly.
• The mild/moldy smell in the hallway and room.

“It looks like a nice place, but there was a bad mold/mildew smell in the hallways and room. The pool is very small, children can't even swim laps. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating. If there aren't any other hotels available, it would suffice for the night.”

• Front desk clerk very pleasant and helpful for restaurant location.
• No refrigerator or microwave in room. We like a fridge. Pool very small.

• Very clean, comfortable beds, cable TV had channels I wanted (HGTV & Food), good fitness equipment. Window in room could open. Microwave in common area.
• No fridge in room, no restaurants nearby (four miles to next exit where there were lots- not a bad drive).

“Staff was friendly, the room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable, with two kinds of pillows and clean coverlet (I'm one who will take off the bedspread rather than sit on it if it looks like it doesn't get washed). The breakfast bar had a waffle maker in addition to the regular items, as well as refrigerated sausage biscuits to warm up. I loved being able to open the window for fresh air into the room. The pool was very small, and I never had time to try it out. The fitness room seemed pretty well equipped, though I didn't manage to work out while I was there.”
