• Frendly staff.
• The hotel was not at the hotel as it's name applies.

• Simple, pleasant, clean hotel close to the Agrosy casino.
• A little bit expensive for the location and the market. Must be because it is close to Argosy.

“Nothing fancy. Plain room and clean. Simple breakfast but did the job. Staff was friendly. Met my needs perfectly.”

• Friendly staff.
• Location was not where they said it was. It was 4 blocks from where we wanted to be.

“This hotel said it was at the casino we wanted to visit. It was in fact 4 blocks away. the price was too high for the location. There was a junk yard as our only outside view. They should not be allowed to say they are hotel and casino if they are not.”

• The hotel was convenient to the casino, and park and ride shuttle service was across the street!
• Visitors were propping the side doors open with the rug, or items so they could enter without their keys.

“Great place to stay if going to the Argosy Casino. Park and ride free 24hr shuttles to the casino were located very close to the hotel. (a Few blocks) The staff was great and we had a very nice hot tub room and cable TV with many channels to choose from.”

• Good breakfast, was clean, somewhat soft bed, better than the rougher "other" hotels.
• Toilet did not flush correctly, had to wait for service at front desk.

“Overall a good experience, could be more friendly on the morning shift and more respectful of peoples' busy schedules, had to wait for someone to check out for several minutes, then when the person arrive looked upset we was bothering her. Toilet in room did not flush good. Breakfast was good, nice lobby.”

• Close to Casino & Clerk KA was great! Friendly!
• Did not maintain breakfast bar & added costs!

“Booked 2-nights (Nov 23/24). Arrived 12:25 pm-Early Check in, agreed upon $5.00 for 11.23.07. But $5.00 should not be charged for 2nd night. Complaints: 1.Gentlemen clerk did not maintain Breakfast Bar--Donuts/Bagels not fresh. No napkins, OJ out, Fruit Bowl empty, etc. (He was on cell or not to be found, & not paying attention!) 2. Phone was not turned on. 3. Locked out on second night--Cards reprogrammed. Time spent going to desk: Late-Tired. 4. Side doors were always open. Unsecured. 5. Added on Extra Fees: Safe ($1.59) & Reservation ($.59) for each night. 6. Added on Extra Fee: $5.00 for 2nd night. 7. Could never find House-keeping. Over all for the service, I paid way too much for this visit! Reservation/Safe Fees at any establishment! Want to add--clerk ka was great--very friendly! Thank You.”

• Good location to use the casino, hot tub great, staff good.
• The only thing was the stale smoke smell in the bed but not anything to ruin my trip, the breakfast needs a little more to it but good.

• Breakfast was decent.
• The fact that it said they had a free shuttle to the casino when they in fact did not. That was a deciding factor in staying there!

“I will never stay there again. Their website stated they had a free shuttle to the casino when they in fact did not. That was a deciding factor in staying there!! That is completely horrible. We go to Argosy about 5-6 times a year and will tell all of our friends to not stay there.”
