• Location, outside appearance, continental breakfast.
• No pool, dirty bedspread, inside appearance, VERY pricey.

“Located near Petoskey, this Comfort Inn has a nice outside appearance. However, the rooms were not cleaned properly and lacked any ambiance. There were no extras, such as a restaurant, bar, or pool. I couldn't even find a soda or ice machine in my wing. The free continental breakfast was pretty good, at least.”

• Short driving distance to ski resorts.
• There were no pools or exercise room.

“This hotel was great for the short stay. I've always enjoyed the establishment and the nice location. A very short drive to the ski resorts.”
