• Bugs in the room.

“We had to leave and find other accommodations because we were being eaten alive by all the bugs in the room. Bed bugs, spiders and fleas.

• The motel was very convenient to Fort Banning.
• Reservation was to be for a handicap accessible room - it was not.

“The motel was easy to find and located very close to Fort Banning. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. The room was quite basic and I found it to be rather uncomfortable for the price. The bed was hard and the pillows insufficient for any extended stay. The purpose of our trip was to pick up our son from Fort Banning the following morning, so all in all it was a good choice for this purpose. For any other purpose, we would not recommend this motel. We had requested a ground floor room with handicap accessibility for my wheelchair. What we got was a 2nd floor room that required climbing stairs - this was not a pleasure at all.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful.
• HBO did not work, pay per view did not work, and they locked us out of our room a day early.

“This is an older hotel that needs a little updating. It is very close to the base so it made getting there easier and convenient. They need to make sure that everything is working in the rooms and that their staff knows how to help.”
