• Convenient, bed was comfortable.
• Old design hotel, could have cleaned the corners better, saw a bug by the sink mirror.

• Staff was courteous and helpful.
• Rooms had a smell to them like mold or dampness.

“I think this hotel is on its way from a 2 star moderate to a 1 star economy. Shower pressure was weak, water from the tap smelled of chlorine and the room in general smelled of mold.”

• Clean room.

“This was a nice comfortable place where I felt safe. I was not there long enough to use the pool or other facilities but they looked inviting and others were enjoying them.”

• I did not like the hotel nor did I stay in the hotel.
• They wanted to put us in a room with one bed for four people.

“I do not feel it is the hotel's fault for our very unpleasant experience.”

• I really like the way that John the desk clerk help me with looking for places to eat and the store to buy my son running shoes.
• The bathroom could use updating. Other then that, it was just fine.

“If your a person on the road and just looking for a place to sleep, this is the one. The service and the employees were very helpful in looking and giving directions to resturants and other places to see around Columbus, GA.”

• Location good for my business.
• Very old looking, not kept up to date, painted in patches.

“The hotel was conveniently located, fairly clean with friendly staff. The hotel looks old, worn out, with half-hearted attempts at improvement. This was not the typical Hampton Inn.”

• The pool area was great. It provided a nice place to sit and visit wtih family.
• The rooms were clean but could be updated.

• Nice location and appearance.
• They put me in a smokers room with out asking me first.

“Nice location and appearance, friendly staff, they should be more open minded about asking the guess what kind of room they would smoking or none and not just placing them in any room they feel.”

• Breakfast bar was fantastic - Staff was very helpful.

“The hotel staff was excellent, breakfast bar was extremely good with breakfast pizza, scrambled eggs, ham, fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, etc. Pool was okay - not large. Room was fairly clean.”
