• New and extremely comfortable.
• Didn't provide coffee makers in the room.

“Very nice hotel. I'd stay here again. However, didn't like that I had to go to the lobby for coffee in the morning. Coffee makers in the room is a convenience I've come to expect. It's a major inconvenience to dress and go to the lobby first thing in the morning.”

• It was in a convenient location.
• It's obvious that "cheap" was the driving force.

“Come prepared. No iron in room, no blow dryer in room. Hard beds, one step up from sleeping on a board. We were in a non-smoking room but the entire floor smelled of old smoke. Staff was friendly, but it didn't make up for lack of other conveniences.”
